Polladaday: Best in the Southwest?

The Southwest definitely looks like one of the tougher divisions to call. Who do you think will finish on top?

Who will win the Southwest Division?

It’s the Spurs. A healthy Big 3, plus Tiago, plus Jefferson spending a summer with the Spurs coaching staff, plus GHill a year better…would you really bet against the same guys that are rested, healthy, and are proven champs? Remember, it doesn’t stay “best record”. The Spurs rest their players for the playoffs…they will be the BEST.

spurs will definitely be the best in the southwest. with splitter, this is a team that can match up to the size of the lakers. throw in that tp and george hill will torch fisher, manu and kobe will have some crazy duels, and Jefferson has put it in work this offseason and the western conference finals will be awesome

I think the Spurs are the best in that division but I don’t see them winning the division. Pop’s gotta get Tiago in sync, yell at RJ, get his PGs to optimize their play, and make sure Parker’s goals align with the team’s. I say: Mavs win the division but Spurs advanced furthest in the postseason.
