Dorell Wright Sets Golden State Record

First lets check SLAMonline’s box and recap: “Dorell Wright knocked down five of his nine 3-pointers in the decisive third quarter as the Golden State Warriors snapped a five-game losing streak with a 104-94 road victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night. David Lee returned after missing eight games and had 10 points and six rebounds for Golden State, which lost seven of eight without their star power forward. Wright finished with 30 points and missed just three of his 3-point attempts…”

Those nine treys he drained were a G-State record. Marcus Thompson, one of the best writers in the basketball game, tweeted out a few notes on interest after the game:  1. “In 17 games with #GSW, [Dorell Wright] has 4 games with at least 20 points. In 211 games with Miami, he had 3 games with at least 20 points.” 2. “With David Lee in the lineup, [Dorell Wright] is shooting 57% from 3-point range. Without Lee in the lineup, he’s shooting 19% from three.”
