    i’m not saying the heat need doc rivers, but they need a coach with his characteristics, who can gel a group of great players to play together, but even then they still need a point guard!!!

    I think of the 4 options the “get involved..”-option is the worst. What will it accomplish aside from undermining the authority of Spoelstra? Just doesn’t make any sense to me.

    Um Riley is already involved. He’s at every practice, film session, etc. So that’s not going to be his next move

    Well, i don’t think there really is a problem with Erik. He just can’t handle the ego of LeBron and i think that is where Pat should help him at.

    Riley is smart enough to know the problems with this team are bigger than coaching. If he fires Spo and takes over, the problems will still continue and some of his mystique is shattered. He’ll let Spo hang in there and take all the heat so to speak.
