Lil Wayne Is Mad at LeBron James and Dwyane Wade

Weezy hilariously complains to Rolling Stone that LBJ and DWade never show him any love when he attends their games (despite all the money he spends on tickets.): “When Wayne sat court-side at a recent Miami Heat/New Orleans Hornets game he was upset that Lebron James and Dwayne Wade never came over to talk to him. ‘Them ni**as never speak to a ni**a,’ he says. ‘They don’t chuck me the deuce or nothing. Ni**a spent all that money on them fuc*ing tickets … Come holla at me. We sit right by them little bitch-ass ni**as. At least come ask me why I’m not rooting for you.’”

I might catch more flack than roberta by sayin this, but here it goes. Puff Daddy, yes puffy, not diddy or p diddy,@ 1 time was 1 of the best producers n the game. On the same level as dre,if not better. He couldn’t rap 4 sh*t,but he knew how 2 lay them tracks. And Bad Boy was a giant. All the artists he had,it was crazy. Biggie, black rob, junior mafia, mase, craig mack etc.., Sure he was sample heavy, but that’s what made him gr8. That was his way of payin respects 2 the ol skool. U don’t c that much anymore

    Co-sign Hammer.

  • http://www.bulls.com Enigmatic

Wrong, Hammer. Diddy, Daddy, Dummy, whatever his name was, he didn’t lay down any dope tracks. Name one.

  • HAMMER

@ enigmatic. Check out his “No way out album”,1997. That album had “Victory”,”Don’t stop what you’re doin”,”All about the benjamins”,”I’ll be missing you” and of course “Can’t nobody hold me down”. All of those big time hits that he produced. And that’s just 1 album! What about Biggie’s albums? Craig mack’s “Flava in ya ear” remix? List goes on and on enigmatic

  • http://www.bulls.com Enigmatic

Hammer – No Way Out was mostly produced by The Hitmen.
Biggie’s first album was mostly produced by Easy Mo Bee, as well as Poke, and Nashiem Nyrick. And Primo had that dope “Unbelievable”
His second album was mostly produced by The Hitmen too. D-Dot, 6 July, Amen-Ra, Nashiem Myrick and all them cats.
I think you’re confusing a producer with Puffy’s role as an executive.
“Flava in ya ear” was produced by Easy Mo Bee.

  • http://thetroyblog.com Teddy-the-Bear

The only good Puffy song was “Dolly My Baby (Remix)” with Supercat, where he did his best Onyx impersonation. That was probably the most awkward verse ever recorded…..

  • http://www.bulls.com Enigmatic

@Teddy – more awkward than when Wyclef did “Carribean Connection” with Big Pun?

  • http://www.bulls.com Enigmatic

Or when Ma$e suddenly went all gangsta on DMX’s “N*ggaz Done Started Something”?

  • snasty10

@hammer east 1999 is my 2nd favorite album ever after nas’s illmatic, ive seen bone thugs six times in concert, probably the best live show ever especially the one two years ago at st.andrews, bone is one of the most underappreciated group ever.

  • HAMMER

All I can say is check the credits 4 those albums and songs. Not sayin he didn’t have help. Of course he did. But he’s the 1 that lay down most of those hit tracks

  • HAMMER

@snasty10. Couldn’t agree w/u more. Some of their underappreciation is their own doin tho. With their constant drama w/bizzy and flesh being locked up and all. But still, shouldn’t b that way. Even their “Art of war” album doesn’t get any props

  • snasty10

agreed man, they kind of shot themselves in the foot with all that BS, but art of war was a sick cd to, if you havent seen them live u need to do that, amazing show

  • HAMMER

I actually did see them all reunited last yr. My only time seeing them. Was a gr8 show. Wish tho I had seen them live n their heyday tho

  • http://www.bulls.com Enigmatic

Hammer, trust bro, Puffy is not the man behind Bad Boy’s dopest tracks. Easy Mo Bee, D. Dot, Nash, 6 July deserve the credit for that.

  • HAMMER

    Well,agree 2 disagree I guess

Can’t believe Scarface wasn’t on anyones list…Hell….Ice Cube is better than some of the names i’ve read (older material)….Andre 3000 goes H-A-M as well.

  • PapaBearATL

Are we talking best lyricist or best album? Loldownload mood muzik 1-4 and find a better lyricist than Joe Budden, minus the pump it up fiasco. Or any of the cats in slaughterhouse: crooked I, Royce 5’9, Joel Ortiz. Best album, I would have to go with the chronic.

I Think a lot of ur Hip Hop Knowledge on this site is questionable…to say the least. Lets leave it to Basketball talk yeah? leave the hip hop convo’s for actual hip hop sites.

Speaking of which, you’d get slapped for putting Lil Wayne in the top 5 rapper list, or even putting him in the same breath as Jay Z, or Nas.

Yes i am PARTLY looking at you Bryan Crawford

He’s decent, but nothing like people make him out to be.

  • Rainman

What’s funny is no matter what Arena Jay-z is in even the refs come over and show him love and players run over to him like giddy bright eyed school girls. Real recognize real and Weezy is looking very unfamiliar.

I read that article and I was thinking that he was dumb for that one. Why doesn’t he approach them? Maybe introduce himself. Like grown men do. The best part of the article was him not smashing the chick that came over and then calling for randoms at the studio.

  • EP New Jersey

Weezy, Did they asked you to appear at the game for some support? Most likely not, so stop whinning about what you paid for the seats. you wanted to be there and you wanted to be seen. I am sure they saw you, which is another reason why not to greet you. You’re a felon no room for you in their circle.

    Enjoy the seats !

  • Detroit4Life

Lil’ Wayne is keeping it real. I didn’t know that was going on. Lebron and Wade, show some love to Lil’ Wayne. If yall don’t, yall are uncle Toms bros. For real.
