Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis to Miss One Week

The Celtics expect to be without Big Baby for about a week due to his injured left knee. The Boston Herald has the details: “The Celtics finally got some good news on the injury front. An MRI of Glen Davis‘ left knee showed no serious damage. Davis has a strained patella tendon in his left knee. He’s expected to miss anywhere from 3-7 days, depending on how the knee responds to rest and treatment. ‘Nothing serious, but he may be out for 3, 4, 5 days,’ C’s coach Doc Rivers said. ‘But it’s nothing serious.’ Davis has been bothered by tendinitis in the knee all season, but hadn’t missed a game.”
