Manu Ginobili Out For Game 1 Vs. Grizzlies

The Spurs are heavily favored against the Grizzlies, but they’ll start the series without one of their most important pieces. Yahoo!’s Marc Spears has it:

    IMHO, there is no need to play Ginobili in the first two games. Allow him to rest up while the Spurs reach out and roll the Grizzlies at the AT&T Center for a 2-0 series lead. Bring Ginobili back for game 3 at Memphis. Win and have the Grizzlies starring at an 0-3 hole with one foot out the door. Get out the brooms. SWEEP!

    great game by the Grizzlies, although Randolph kind of disappears when the game is on the line. Gasol has been great and Conley too.
