I am from Cleveland, Ohio and one of the biggest fans of the Cleveland Cavalier’s. LeBron brought great things to our city and team, but as i was taught in school there is no “I” in team. We succeed and fail as a team. I was so happy to see the “Mavs” win; they deserved it more than the Heat, they played like a REAL TEAM (not as individuals)!!! No one was labeled the “King” on their team. I aslo feel that all of the publicity of LeBron, Wade, Bosh, Mo Williams & Dan Gilbert and whoever else wants to have their say about last nights game has truly taken the limelight from the true “Winners” of this series – The Dallas Mavricks!!! Congrats for playing from the heart as a team. What has happened to sports with all of the “Diva’s is sickening!!! I would rather watch high school football, basketball & baseball these kids are playing from their heart and for the love of the game! To many high priced sports athletes forget why they started playing in the first place. I always heard money/fame changes people and I agree!

Glad to see the Mavs win, and take out the Heat. Yeah I think Dan Gilbert should kept silent with the whole “lesson” comment. Its just immature. Mo Williams I can kinda understand why he would be upset, because Lebron has an outgoing personality that brings people in and makes peopel think “hey! this guy is my friend” and then he bailed on them in an embarassing way. Everybody gets what they deserve and when it comes to the game, the best team wins! The Mavs were the better team.

Gilbert set a better example for you kid. You want people rooting for you kid to get better not worse, so think about what you say and do out of being scorned.

Tell me you can’t imagine him all smug and indulgent when he was tweeting that “no shorcuts” crap. There’s a lot hate on both these tweets and very little relevance and it needs to stop. Happiness over another guys losses is the definition of classless, and these two need to move on. Mo is in a better situation with the Clippers and Blake, and Gilbert just got lucky in the draft and should concentrate on not f*king things up with rebuilding. Just. Move. On. Fellas.

How about keeping your word? If you say you’re going to “stop at nothing” to bring a city a championship, you don’t bolt three months after saying that. If he kept his word and wasn’t such an arrogant douchebag, people wouldn’t dislike him so much.
