Serge Ibaka Thinks He’ll Soon Be an All-Star

Serge Ibaka is a confident young man, who thinks he’s on the path to NBA stardom. Who are we to tell him he’s wrong? From Hoopshype: “Do you think you have the potential to be an All-Star? SI: ‘Yes, I see it happening in one or two years.’ Playing for a team like Oklahoma City, with guys like Kevin Durant or Russell Westbrook, do you think you can have a bigger role offensively than you’ve had so far? SI: ‘Well… I feel very good about my current role. They will both help me improve my offensive game. On the defensive end, the role I have is very important for me. If one day I become an All-Star, it will not be only because of my offensive game. My job on the defensive end will count too.’”

Well, you gotta score more than 15 a game to begin with then grab 13-14 rbs and block 3 shots to have a chance out west.

I also forgot about KD and Westbrook taking a majority of the team’s shots, so that leaves about 20-25 shots for you and Harden to fight over. Umm, good luck with that.

Well he’s already got the blocks covered, he’s had multiple 20pt games, and he’s not far from the rebounds. Besides, he said in a couple of years, not next season.

The West has Gasol, Love, Griffin, and Aldridge. He’ll have a hell of a time making the All-Star team with KD, the ball-stopping Russell Westbrook, and the rebound-stealing Kendrick Perkins on his team.

He needs to play like Big ben when he was in Detroit , he dont need score 20 pts

co-sign Alan. Play like Rodman off the ball and the coaches will recognize you.

0 points, 20 RPB, 4BPG,3 SPG. that would make him an allstar
