A few weeks ago, LK12 released an 18-minute masterpiece about Michael Jordan’s career. Today, his boy Ishaan Mishra releases an epic wallpaper chronicling Air’s career all the way from high school to the Wizards. It’s a Polaroid masterpiece too good to pass up.     I hate to be a pedant, but legends actually don’t usually outlive the civilisation that spawned them, let alone forever. We have almost no idea, for example, of the legends of the people of the Arslantepe civilisation from 9,000 years ago. We don’t even really understand their mythos. Ditto for most pre-pottery neolithic or just plain neolithic societies.

    Who am I kidding? I LOVE being a pedant!

    This wallpaper is pretty much a rip of the Five polaroid series created by me in 2009 -> http://ejkiewicz.com/portfolio/five-mag-wallpaper-series and the jordan wallpaper -> http://ejkiewicz.com/walls/pol_series/pol_jord1a.jpg … I wouldn’t say anything basically because you can’t ‘forbid’ someone from using polaroids but this is clearly a rip because author before (on his Kobe wallpaper) stated that it was inspired by my work, and now when it goes to SLAM his suddenly not inspired? Kind of not cool to go with it like this…
