New York Knicks to Be on ‘The Association’ Show Next?

“The Associaton”, the NBA’s PC-version of “Hard Knocks“, is reportedly interested in following the Knicks around for a season. The Celtics and Lakers were the show’s subjects during its first two seasons. From the NY Post: “The NBA reality show, ‘The Association’ has contacted the Knicks about being the subject of their third season, according to a television source. ‘The Association’ — an up-close, behind-the-scenes series — is similar to HBO’s NFL documentary series ‘Hard Knocks’ that once followed the Jets. Talks with the Knicks are only in their initial stage. Last season, ‘The Association’ followed the Celtics with Donnie Wahlberg as narrator. Two years ago, it featured the Lakers, and Andy Garcia was the narrator. The Knicks intrigue NBA TV because of the newly transformed Garden and their transformed team with the Big Apple 3 of Amar’e Stoudemire, Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups.”

You hating on Smooth? When healthy, he pushes the Knicks over the top as the primary floor general for Stat and Melo. Not to mention he’s clutch. Click my name in case you forgot, son. :)

Yup. Same Knicks fans that said Raymond Felton was the best PG in the East before he got traded. Lol

I’m not surprised to see a bitter Bulls fan, who talked about “flukes” when getting beat by the Knicks twice last season (in Chicago and on Christmas at MSG) to try that weak straw man ish. Yes, I championed Raymond Felton to get the coaches vote for the All-Star game, and his play with the Knicks justified that argument. At the end of the day, Raymond’s solid pay helped the Knicks land Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups. EAT IT RIGO and F your Bulls. :)

What a witty way to represent IAMORANGE4EVER. I don’t think UCL meant any disrespect to the Orange & Blue, but just desires the younger Big 3 which toasted to the Big 3 that consists of CP3.

Raymond Felton did his NUMBERS in New York. You act like Knicks fans were the only ones that were claiming that Felton was playing like the answer to our problems. I guess Ty Lawsons speed seperates him from the veteran Felton, cause Denver doesn’t give him the burn that he deserves. You Bulls fans suck!
D.Rose is your “Peyton Manning” without him, you’re in line for a first round pick the following seson. But hey, if they’re not hating…you’re doing something wrong!
We would be a great candidate for the show, however i don’t think our team is in place to accept such an offer. Tell “the Association” to holla back. We still need a full season of the Melo & ‘Mare Show before we can give them the green light (definitely let Iman Shumpert get his feet wet with the team cause that kid is going to be a BEAST for us…until Dolan gets trigger happy and sends our future depth to a contender…again.)
Hopefully, that trade will be for CP3 and not some above average point guard who’s merely kept his spot in the league off of name recognition or the actress who chose to marry (then later divorce) him. LETS GO KNICKS!!
