Aaron Gray Signs One-Year Deal With Toronto Raptors


After spending time as a steady role player for the New Orleans Hornets for the past two seasons, center Aaron Gray has signed with the Raptors, Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting: “Aaron Gray has agreed to a one-year deal with Toronto Raptors, league source tells Y! Sports.”

    Aaron Gray wore #33 in college for Pitt. Changed it to #34 when drafted by the Bulls, and kept #34 in New Orleans. Think he’ll go back to #33? Gawd I hope so, it’ll save me from making a custom Raptors jersey that would just say the exact same thing.

    oh this will definitely put them over the top and into championship contending. On the real though he played good vs the lakers and he’s got a job now he deserves it.

    Dude will play maximum 6 minutes/game. Minor signing – is a backup C in the league. Why do ppl always hate or mock trades? Most trades aren’t flashy. Raps know he is a backup C in the NBA. I am a raps fan. No, we aren’t going to get any big signings, hopefully we get a solid player in the draft though. 2012-2013 will be a fun year for the raps to say the least.
