Travis Outlaw Broke His Right Hand

Travis Outlaw suffered the injury while boxing, and after undergoing surgery, he’s expected to be ready to play come opening night. From the AP: “Training camp hasn’t even started and the New Jersey Nets have an injury. Nets general manager Billy King disclosed late Monday that forward Travis Outlaw has a broken right hand. King released no other information about the injury, adding he would have more to say after the player was examined by team doctors. Outlaw signed a five-year, $35 million contract with the Nets in July 2010.”

  • Actual Factuals

How you gonna pay a D-Leaguer $7 mil per year lol?!?!? This is why Deron is not stayin’ in a Net uniform whether they are in NJ or Brooklyn. They better get smart and use that Amnesty rule quick on Outlaw. Matter of fact Nets have MULTIPLE players who they need to use this rule on… so many so that they would need to rename it from Amnesty to Amistad

i hope they use the Amnesty clause on him
