Aaron Gray Had Corrective Heart Procedure
Aaron Gray is expected to make a successful recovery from the heart procedure, and should be back in the Raptors’ lineup a couple of weeks from now. From the Toronto Sun: “Toronto Raptors center Aaron Gray underwent a corrective heat procedure on Monday, intended to put an end to recent episodes of an elevated heart rate. The surgery, called ablation, was performed at Toronto’s Sunnybrook Hospital by Drs. Jaspal Singh and Eugene Crystal. Gray is expected to return to action in two weeks. The Raptors signed the four-year NBA veteran as a free agent on December 11. He appeared in both of the club’s preseason games and totaled nine rebounds.”
