    2nd round is their ceiling. Bulls and Heat are locks for the top two seeds and after that, is anyone’s guess. If the Sixers grab the 3 or 4 seed, they’ll earn the right to be bounced by Chicago or Miami.

    @wayno i think it is more silly that 4 people think they will not make the playoffs.
