Carmelo Anthony Out of Action 1-2 Weeks With Strained Groin
The New York Knicks and their fans can expect to see ‘Melo in street attire for up to two more weeks. Per the NY Daily News: “The Knicks got some bad news on Carmelo Anthony on Tuesday, announcing that their All-Star forward will be out approximately 1-2 weeks with a strained right groin. That means that Anthony, the team’s top scorer, could miss up to eight games if he has to sit out through the Knicks’ game Feb. 20 against the Nets. The team updated Anthony’s status as it started practice. He was injured Monday night in the Knicks’ win over Utah.”
