Los Angeles Clippers Raising Ticket Prices By 15% Next Season

Now that the Clippers are legit, they’re also going to be more expensive to watch in person. From the AP: “The Los Angeles Clippers plan to raise ticket prices by an average of 15 percent next season. It’s the first price hike in six years. The team said Thursday that more than 9,000 seats at Staples Center will increase by 11 percent or less. Team President Andy Roeser says the club studied the pricing strategy thoroughly and developed a plan mindful of its impact on Clippers fans. Season-ticket sales have been at capacity for the entire current season for the first time in Clippers history.”

For all the talk of the Clippers ascension to the League’s elite, they are still only 3 1/2 games beyond Minnesota and Houston In the 8th and 9th spots respectively. Factor In their recent 4 and 6 funk and It’s not beyond them dropping as far as the 8th spot. Win’s not highlights lads.

People just don’t get it. They think the Clips being successful on the court covers up what a JOKE their racist and worst sports owner Donald T. Sterling is. Just look at how they are treating their most loyal fan “Clipper Darrell”.
