Music Video: Stephen Jackson “Cars & Clothes”

Milwaukee Bucks forward Stephen Jackson, AKA Stak5, recently took to Twitter to announce that he had his own YouTube page dedicated to his music. Thanks to that tweet, we found the above video.

“Cars & Clothes,” which dropped a few days back, is one of Jackson’s latest offerings. Aside from the 6-8 NBA player, it features Killa Kyleon and Messiah. In another exciting bit of news, it was produced by Big K.R.I.T., a talented rapper-slash-producer, who dropped his own new tape this week.

I don’t know much about rap so I won’t judge. But am I the only one that thinks Stephen Jackson looks like Willem Dafoe? And here I thought checking for Dafoe’s under my bed was the biggest worry about sleeping at night.

To quote a better rapper: “Clothes, bankrolls, and hoes…and then what?” or “what is it all worth/can’t take with you under this Earth.” BTW, everyone read that nice “Oral History of the Malice at the Palace” over at grantland.com? Jax had some great, honest quotes in that piece.
