The Miami Heat are Your 2012 NBA Champions

Congrats to the Miami Heat, who deservedly won the 2012 NBA Championship after taking down the Oklahoma City Thunder in five hard-fought games. Be sure to catch up on anything you might’ve missed in our liveblog, and here are some details from ESPN’s recap: “The critics can stop now. King James is finally a champion. Behind yet another stellar effort from the regular season’s most valuable player, the Miami Heatrouted the Oklahoma City Thunder 121-106 in Game 5 of the NBA Finals as LeBron James won his first championship. James, whose ‘I’ll be taking my talents to South Beach’ declaration angered the masses and made the Heat into league-wide villains two summers ago, capped his stellar 2012 Finals with a triple-double. James scored 26, adding 13 assists and 11 rebounds and was unanimously voted the Finals’ most valuable player. Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, the other two-thirds of Miami’s ‘Big Three,’ poured in 20 and 24, respectively. Mike Miller scored 23 points on 7-for-8 shooting from 3-point range for Miami, which adds this title to the one it claimed in 2006.”

  • Mike GIlbert

well it looks like Lebron did get a ring before he lost all his hair…can’t say I saw it comin

  • http://thetroyblog.com Teddy-the-Bear

Congrats to Lebron and the Heat. Well-deserved! Gotta love the Thunder though.

  • BBaller

Congrats Miami, especially James. I could try to hate on them , like No Bulls, lucky no Spurs, favorable calls from the umpires, floppers but James is the undisputed best player on the planet and thoroughly deserves the crown of 2012 NBA Champion.

  • http://slamonline.com Chubachuchi

DO NOT GIVE EDDIE CURRY AND PITTMAN ANY RINGS THEY DIDN’T DO SHlT. EDDIE CURRY ESPECIALLY HIGH FIVING EVERYONE FOR SOME FREE LOOT THAT HE’LL PROBABLY EAT. CANNOT STAND THESE 2 SCRUBS.

Anyway I feel bad for KD and crew this was tough but at the same time the Heat deserved it, no real ammo for LeBron critics now.

DAN GILBERT………ROFL. Congrats to LeBron, all the haters off his back. Good for him.

Seriously, I was rooting for OKC but they couldn’t get it done. My man Harden has mucho mucho work to do.

On another note, Phil Jackson said he was open to right coaching situation. Hmmm, would P-Jax enjoy living in OKC? I mean, the OKC squad is PERFECT for the triangle… but hey, I am just saying. S. Brooks is still the coach.

  • kakaboi69

what’s da deal with slam’s security certificate?

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Excellent work by the Heat. Some thoughts:
-LeBron to me is 14th on my All-Time List, just behind Dr. J (barely).
-Durant cannot play defense, at all. You would have thought putting him on the Heat’s worst offensive players (Miller/Battier) would be ok. Nope.
-Harden played his way out of a max contract these Finals.
-The future of the Thunder is as uncertain as Deron’s right now….
-Bosh looks more important to the Heat moving forward than Wade.
-Chalmers=Larry Hughes. A horrid player who has a good game just often enough to justify his place in the league.
-LeBron is clutch. Not best in the league, but it’s not a weakness anymore.
-Perkins, Ibaka, Collison. It’s sad that the latter is the one getting crunch minutes.
-Spoelstra is a bad coach, but not putrid. Brooks is putrid.

  • http://www.twitter.com/hurstysyd Hursty

Miami’s supporting cast was tremendous the entire series. Made huge, game changing plays all throughout.
Battier, Haslem, Chalmers, Miller. Total team effort.

  • http://slam.com p

I have guess cavs owner Dan Gilbert lost that bet.

  • http://slamonline.com The Philosopher

Well folks, The King, as Caboose noted, has just moved into the top 15 of all time category.

  • http://slamonline.com The Philosopher

    In my opinion…

  • http://www.yahoo.com berkamore

    @ Caboose,

You are making a lot of good points. If anything, these Finals can end up being a blessing in disguise for OKC because they will be able to keept Harden and Ibaka. They both showed (especially Harden) that they are not quite max players.

As for Durant, Artest said it best, he’s gotta move his feet on D. But it’s ok, the Thunder can only get better.

  • http://www.dimemag.com Royal

Props to the Heat….who would have thought the role players would play as great as they did during the finals. Lebron got his first ring ..Is this real life?

  • http://www.hoopsworld.com IamYOU

    OKC good game! good effort!

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Word Philo. I’ve got him just ahead of Baylor and West right now. Berka, I can still see the Kings or Suns throwing stupid money at Ibaka, unfortunately.

  • http://www.hoopsworld.com IamYOU

I love LBJ maturity. He said to mario to not celebrate yet at the end of 3rd quarter while I’m dancing my ass off. King Lebron true Leader! Congrats to the MIAMI HEAT!!!

  • BBaller

There’s no way any GM gives James Harden a max deal,Lebron’s eyes lit up when he saw him guarding him and i was yelling at Brooks to bench him all game.Atrocious with the ball on offense, what happened? He played so well against my Spurs.A collapse of about 5-6 Mill a year.

  • Phil da Windmill

Congrats to ROGAINE JAMES and The Heat.

  • http://slamonline.com Kirby

I’m ok with rankng Lebron from 15-7 just as long as he’s not over Jordan, Russell, Kareem, Magic and Bird.

  • http://www.slamonline.com keep it real

All hail king james!!! Lebron is no jordan…. Cause he is Jordan and pippen rolled into one bad mama jama!!! OKC needs to trade harden for some role players, that was the difference maker in the series. Lol @ Dan Gilbert hating @$$! Kendrick Perkins has the smallest upper lip ever! Can’t wait til the draft & 2k 13!

  • BRING BACK THE SONICS

As a Supersonics fan, I’m glad the Heat pulled this off.

  • Mischief

This season really didn’t count due to the delayed start/66 games, therefore LeBron doesn’t really have a ring. Lmao, just goofing w/ the “Fair-weathered” MIA Heat fans. SN: Eddie Curry should give his ring to Durant.

  • Jackie Moon

Congrats, He is the truly the King of the shortened season.

  • Your Friendly Neighborhood Dopeman

SO HAPPY FOR MY HEAT!!!! THIS IS WHY THEY WON THE TITLE http://pulsefeedz.com/why-the-miami-heat-won-the-game-5-and-the-nba-championship/

  • http://www.soundcloud.com/tray-5 T-Ray

Don’t hate Jackie Moon lol they deserved this more than anyone else. They went through the pain of last year and came out on a mission. Mission accomplished. Bring on the shortened season, NBA is rigged, and LeBron had to leave to win bullsh*t talk. I’m no way a Heat fan but damn it dude deserved this. Cheers Bron. Shouts out Eboy and Cheryl.

  • rand33p

great win.. bron and wade and cb4 were the BIG 3 and the role players were unreal (Battier, Miller, Chalmers) ..as a laker fan i wish our bench is solid next year cuz this season it was hands down worst in the L lol

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

The heat truly deserve it. LBJ has a ring now. I have no idea what happened to OKC. I mean, they looked good in game one. But they just collapsed. I agree that Harden played his way out of a max contract. Same with Ibaka. Congrats to the Heat. 1:28 isn’t me either. That’s the troll.

  • http://www.hoopsworld.com IamYOU

My friend still believes that OKC’s gonna win this in game 7.

  • Matt Park

People I have ahead of Lebron on the All-Time list:
    Wilt
    Kareem
    Magic
    Bird
    Jordan
    Hakeem
    Shaq
    Russell
    West

Yup, that’s it. He cracks my top ten.

Well done Lebron, well done. He’ll be even more dangerous from now on. Scary.

Shout out to nbk, consistently my favorite commenter here. Other cats I’ve enjoyed talking to this year: LakeShow, shutup, Huey, Philo, and JTaylor. Of course, I’ve enjoyed reading a lot of other people’s thoughts here: AllenP, bike, Enig (when he’s able), T-Ray, Diesel, niQ, RunNGun, Betcats, and Heals. If I’ve missed you, no offense. You know who you are, it’s just late at night. Thank you to the writers who keep this place going, with Lang, Adam Sweeney, and Dave Zirin being my favorites. To my troll, thanks for keeping me on my toes and thank you regulars for keeping up with the real me. It’s been a good year everybody, I hope y’all stick around through the offseason, next year, and beyond. It’s the commenters who keep this site as awesome as it is. So thank you, to everybody.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Shouts to you caboose. I had my troll issues as well. But you gave great opinions and I hope for your sake, D12 stays

  • http://www.fiba.com Darksaber

    Well that was slightly anticlimatic.
Expected more fight from the Thunder, especially after dispatching the Spurs the way they did. James Harden and even KD (after game 2) played with the Deer-in-the-headlights look, moment overwhelmed them.
Great dominant performance by Lebron, hope this makes the “haters” settle down and just enjoy the talent and the sport in general.
Eboy about to go past his curfew, it’s a celebration biatches!

also thank you SlamFam. for another year of basketball entertainment.

Best BBall site in the world. to all the regulars and basically all commenters great job. I can’t comment here regularly because of my job and the different timezone here (Philippines). But I enjoyed reading all of your thoughts, insights and knowledge. From Allen to NBK, Eboy to Jukai, Teddy to Jtaylor, Philo to Caboose. Everyone.

Can we re-run AllenP’s article of last year about LeBron’s redemption that parallels Dirk’s?

Also. Let’s go Cavs! Go get your’s Kyrie!.

I bought Lebrons jersey with all my birthday money back in 2006 when I was 12 years old, hes been my guy for a long time. Funny how sports work, all I did was watch t.v for 6 years but man Lebron winning a ring feels so gratifying. Congrats LBJ!

  • billy

Gotta dig my archives for More Than a Game. Kinda wraps it all neatly now.

  • http://www.fiba.com Darksaber

I’d say this lockout season with it’s negotiations, Odomism’s, Gerald Green’s, Lob Cities, Blake-turned-pariah, Kobe-refuse-to-pass, Howard antics etc was pretty interesting. Capped of course with the Nba’s (perceived) Lex Luthor winning the Larry O’ Brien and sweeping the MVP awards?
    Success, no?

  • TP

This team makes me sick. Of course they won the title. They should win it. They have 2 of the 4 best individual players in the game AND Bosh (top 15 when he’s on his game). It amazes me that anybody can root for this team. It’s like cheering for the 3 biggest bullies in the school all teaming up to beat up kids on the playground every day. Yippie yippie.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

2:27 was the troll. Did I do something to you in another thread or something?

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Lol you’re a douche. Thank god they fixing this problem. How do you not have something better to do then act like someone else at whatever time it is where you are?

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Nbk, don’t worry, we know who the troll is. Not too difficult to tell.

  • http://www.fiba.com Darksaber

They’re fixing the commenting system? i’ll believe that when i see it.
Maybe not an urgent item on the Slamonline priority list but then again, 20 comment averages on a traditionally comment-heavy Nba finals LIVEBLOG should be a cause for concern.
Or not, guessing the unique site visits are still strong, even if commenting (and the connected time spent on the pages) are sinking by the month.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

I am a douche? You’re posting as me stupid.

  • JLP

Well done LeBron. Well deserved. Durant will be there for sure too.

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Dark, nbk sent an email in because of the troll/impostor situation and apparently SLAM is close to releasing a log in system. While it may decrease the number of commenters, it might increase the number of comments, given how regulars would be more keen on using the new system. Not to mention quality would improve. Again though, we’ll see, I sure hope they do though.

  • AQWORD

Nobody cares about no trolls. The thunder seemed more like Farts , but its all g, they played o.k. C? Bron finally get what he worked for all his life. So happy for the dude , Just a bit bummed he never got Defensive player award. But hell yeah. Cue Ice Cubes’ ‘ Tobay was a good day. ‘

  • http://slamonline.com Datkid

it’s been a great season guys.. allenp, caboose, lakeshow, my homie nbk, Eboy, and Enigmatic who can’t comment here anymore but who I know reads this. Olympics are up next boys… may your/our arguments be long, detailed, logical and most of all thought-provoking. Datkid.. signing off.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Man i hope so. If I ever ask a question like “did you see Mike Miller” when everyone with eyes did then you know it ain’t me. Plus i have never insinuated Dwight would stay or that i hoped he would, or called him “D12″ – infact, i’m disappointed in my troll for making such obvious mistakes during the finals. This is hen your trolling should be at its best.
    .
And i ain’t forgetting shout outs, i am just on my phone on vacation, can’t really list everyone i would like to without forgetting someone, so i apologize if i do – just wanted to give an end of season pay of respect to everyone – respect to Matic, Huey, Philo, Dark, T-Ray, Huey, Lake, Teddy, Jukai, Hursty, DMH, and all the other regulars.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

And a special f*ck you to the (not as) old (as i thought) homie Eboy. Congratulations on the second title man.

  • http://slamonline.com Datkid

out of curiosity what happens to Wade going forward? and what have we learned about westbrook? are the lakers back in the finals next year? lemme hear ya’ll thoughts

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Another special shout-out to Datkid, whose over confidence paid off this year. Congratulations man, all your sh*t talking has been justified.

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Datkid: Wade stays because he means too much to Miami but is phased into a third option. Westbrook is Steve Francis and still shoots too much sometimes. As long as the Lakers have Mike Brown on the sidelines and Kobe shooting 25+ shots a game, they’ll never get near the Finals.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Kobe is set to make about 47% of the salary cap next year. That alone is enough reason to believ they don’t sniff the finals without Dwight. And Wade will likely have a lesser role, which won’t matter much because LeBron just tasted blood.

  • Dingo Rob

Was a pleasure to watch Lebron all season what a year for him, top it off with a gold medal and a wedding, enjoy the happy times Lebron

  • Bt

    @Matt park ummm Tim Duncan???????

  • AQWORD

Just a quick shout out to Mike Miller aka His Crippleness (who i kinda lost faith in earlier coz of his crippleness) for demoralising the Thunder with his treys throughout the game & Serge Ibaka for being one of the whackest defenders of the finals history. Well done son. You truly know how to motivate. Bosh for 3!!! YES!!! LIKE A BOSH!!! Hataz, here … Lay down & stay down.

CONGRATS to Juan Howard – sticking in the league for 16 – 18 years and finally gets that chip! Miami deserved it.

  • BostonBaller

    Congrats to the Heat team.

  • eZ

Happy for Bron, let the hate die and give the man his basketball respect.
Happy for Wade, his days of top dog are numbered, because of his age, style of play and health. I never believed this big 3′s window was any longer than 3 years. Wade should move into a ginobili type of 6th man role, limited time, clutch-role-player.
Happy for Bosh, finishing strong, justifying his sacrifice of giving up status. He should be the second option next year, Bosh n james pick n roll / pick pop all day!
Happy for mike miller. Dude has battled every kind of injury the last 2 seasons but always helped out any way he could. To play like this in the defining game is unbelievable. He now deserves his ring and can retire without regrets, whenever he chooses to.
Happy for Battier. Coming to the most vilified squad, shooting bricks all season but getting major minutes because of defence. And then shooting lights out in the most important series.
Happy for Juwan. Staying around to be a benchwarmer, just so you might win it all, after all. He did now.
Happy for Spoelstra. He’s no Popovich but made enough good decisions this year for them to win.
Happy for Haslem, he left money on the table for this.
Happy for james jones, big sacrifice in minutes, but made the right decision to resign.
Happy for Riley, who couldn’t even smile when up 25. But now he can, and did.
And last but not least, Happy for Dan gilbert, who is now released of the enormous pressure of delivering a championship in cleveland before Lebron could. I’m sure he’s so relieved…

  • BostonBaller

I guess it does not amaze me how we as fans AND media anoint and appoint players to top status after wins and especially chips. On one hand we say how badly a team plays and criticize their star and on the other hand we place another player in a position they haven’t gained as of yet. LBJ is a beast and I’ve said that since yr 2 but to put him above guys who have done it for years and in tougher series is a bit premature. I know I’m going to get the “hater” tag (childish if you have read me before) but in my opinion LBJ will one day crack the top 10 or better but as of now and the way the L is and has been…not yet. Too much selfishness in the L…Too many guys play loose D so they can hurry up and get on offense…etc etc. 1 minute the media AMD fans are saying a player is weak and suck during crunch time and as soon as the bubbly is popped the player is #1. Todays media (meaning exposure) is both great for the game and terrible for history keeping. This sums it up: 1 minute “Kobe is MJ’s equal” and in the next breathe Kobe isn’t even top 10 all time. I digress

  • KRon

Im very happy for coach Spo! The Thunder need a solid power forward but we’ll see them winning again next year

  • Rik Smits Mullet

Man oh man, this was a long a rough time being a lebron fan. But victory tastes sweet.

Its the first time my favorite player wins a championship.

  • http://www.motorolacase.com Joy Wonder

This time lebron james does not feel any pressure. He plays his game like the way he used to play.
All he wants is to be a champion which he feels the management in Cleveland Cavaliers cannot provide him.
So he goes to miami where he feel there is so much help the gets. The only issue is the way he presented his
decision to the public which is very insulting to cleveland fans.He made a mistake and he must be humble with it.

  • http://www.twitter.com/hurstysyd Hursty

Thanks fellas. I could go to any site for the news stories, but I come to Slam for the informed opinions, & of course, the banter.
Bring on the Olympics, go Boomers!

  • bull22

let EBOY have his moment even though he did disappear last year, but during the lockout he pretty much made more sense then everyone else. its too bad LEBRON did not do this for cleveland but he is what he is, a SELLOUT.
his shirt should read COTTAIL CHAMPION, LOL.

  • bull22

so no thanks slam, since LEBRON joined the heat and was not man enough to lead his own team to a championship the criticism will never stop… when LEFRAUD goes to the warriors or kings and leads them to a title then i will give him props..

  • AdamD

Bull22 – I’m Pretty sure that after that finals run there is little doubt that the heat are Lebrons team now, at least, he is more important that wade. Although you are correct, the future will always look unkindly on ‘The Descision’ either rightly or wrongly.

  • Sizzle

LeBron asked Kevin Durant for a dollar, and KD, being the humble and caring superstar that he is, gave him four quarters. LeBron smirked and handed him back a quarter saying “That’s ok Kevin, we won’t need a fourth quarter against you boys tonight.” F the Haters. LONG LIVE THE KING

  • http://360special.blogspot.ca dev0

    It had to happen

  • bull22

@adam, yeah it would be hard to argue your point because wade could not sellout tickets on his own, nor is he you can build your team around evidenced by the fact he had to team up with two another talent cry-babies.
and the fact that before these three clowns joined up the heat were one of worst in attendance and worst fans in the league. (as a reference DALLAS COWBOYS LOL)

  • tpathi1

Nobody’s smokin’ that “Russell Westbrook” today? Wonder why?

  • Migz

    Congratz to the Heat
    Mike Miller was outstanding
    Bosh was a beast….crazy right?
LEbron’s triple double? Nasty!, Wade played great
    just a great team effort
props to Norris Cole and shane’s defense
    They deserve it!

    Is this thing on?
Shout out to everyone who shouted me out. Cool to see I ain’t forgotten.
Congrats to the Heat and Heat fans.
I’m getting a laptop in like 2 months so I should be on here again hopefully unless I have no time cause of all my college sh*t.
    Peace.

  • Ses

Can anyone say Asterisk! J/K – As a Heat Hater, I honestly hate to see them win a chip but I respect good basketball and LeBum almost averaging a triple double in the final is GREAT basketball. So real respects real, I tip my hat. I still cant say well deserved because of all of the BS the Heat have with them but I will say it was clear who the MVP was for this season and the Finals! (Man that was hard to say!)….. OK back to your regularly scheduled programming, LETS GO BULLS!!!!!

  • vtrobot

Not the outcome that I was hoping for, but congrats to the Heat on a very, very well deserved title. LBJ has been a total beast and EVERYONE else stepped up MUCH more than I thought they would. OKC was not ready for this. Harden needs to shave that sh!t this summer and come back anew. Peace, SLAM peeps and enjoy yr summer.

  • Heals

Props to E and of course his boys for getting it done. Much love all around for a trully entertaining season both on the court and in the comment sections…

  • kobe

LeBron asked Kevin Durant for a dollar, and KD, being the humble and caring superstar that he is, gave him four quarters. LeBron smirked and handed him back a quarter saying “That’s ok Kevin, we won’t need a fourth quarter against you boys tonight.” F the Haters. LONG LIVE THE KING (Retweet) hahahahaha

  • http://www.slamonline.com aman from arkansas

Does Eddy Curry get a ring???

  • http://blackamericaweb.com charliewinning

Was expecting Heat in 7, but was rooting for OKC. As much as I can’t stand Wade, I’m can deal with Lebron and Bosh getting their rings. LOL@ all the mad Bulls fans. Ya’ll had as much of a chance at beating the Heat this year as you had last year. Get over it.

  • DC

now all you people who said lebron would NEVER get a ring where are u??! and as kevin garnett would say “what can you say now”? You should literally be ashamed to even speak- MVP and finals MVP in the same year..he proved you all wrong big time.

  • http://www.slamonline.com Wayno

Is there still anyone willing to debate that LeBron isn’t the best player in the league right now? I really wanted OKC to win, but wow…LeBron was other-worldly for the entire playoffs…much respect.

  • bike

Agree with all the commentators sayin Harden won’t get the max. That silly little ‘head snap flop’ off LeBron’s forearm he pulled in the 2nd quarter was a total douche move.

  • http://www.newyorkshockexchange.com Shock Exchange

Harden got “exposed” in a similar way that Lebron got exposed last year. You measure a man based on how he reacts to adversity. Lebron learned from the “Lebron Rules.” Let’s see if Durant, Harden, Westbrook et al., take constructive criticism to heart and come back better than ever.

  • bike

    LeBron cracks my top ten.
I think he would have started on the Dream Team.
He has the potential to be the G.O.A.T….BUT
He still must strive to improve, he must win more rings, he must stay really hungry. Congrats LeBron, great to see that ape off your back for now.

  • http://www.slamonline.com Eboy

Man, I was quiet cause I was confident. I’m actually more on Twitter though, but SLAM is my home. I was always down with Dwyane but Lebron turned me and while I always loved his game, I never loved the man. After what he’s been through, he’s part of Heat history now, and for that, he’s part of mine. No “f*ck the haters” or anything like that today….just a “thank you” for driving that man….and my team to greater heights. “Heatles on 3!”

  • bigA

Yeeeeeeees! In yo face all of you haters. Now go and achieve something in your own life!

  • tpathi1

Schock exchange..harden got exposed for playing a brand of basketball no one likes! his mental makeup is to get fouled before making a basket, i dont know how any serious ball player can like that..he should just compete in a free throw shooting contest

  • http://www.soundcloud.com/tray-5 T-Ray

Anyone who’s trying to call out Eboy for whatever reason stop it. Just stop it. You can put an asterik if you want by this title but I’m sure all you people saying that wouldn’t put one if some other team won. So what LeBron went to MIA for help. Anyone would do that if the organization isn’t helping you out. And f*ck Dan Gilbert he should have a 1 hour special called “The Apology”.

  • http://www.newyorkshockexchange.com Shock Exchange

tpathi1 He has been effective throughout the regular season and the playoffs. The true test of man is can he take constructive criticism – yours included – in come back stronger. Man, it’s been a rollercoaster this season.
Have to give credit to the whole Heat team, they stuck together, and it paid off through hard work.
LeBron James ran a clinic in these Finals, and Playoffs as a whole.
    Now..
I want to see his “Powder toss” again next season.
    #King James

  • Ldub

cosign GP23. Hard to beat any team that knocks down 14 3s. Heat wanted it more than OKC. Big ups to them boys tho. Definitely want to see them (OKC) back in the finals again. KD will get his. All in due time. Hopefully not in 9 years, but he will get his.

tpathi1 I think OKC can make it back but they have to get better. There has been a lot of interesting comments on their team from this site – more inside production (Perkins, Ibaka), basketball IQ (Westbrook), defense and rebounding (Durant). The world is watching.

gentlemen (and Cheryl, wherever you are), it has been a pleasure. great nba playoffs. miami took it. that’s all. as for okc, it’s worth noting that mike breen kept calling norris cole “the kid” or some such nonsense… and he’s the same age as westbrook and durant and a year older than harden and ibaka. they will be back.

  • http://slamonline.com Allenp

    Boston Baller
I don’t think you’re a hater, but I do think you have an inflated opinion of the overall defense in the NBA given the prior illegal defense rule. You should search online for a description of exactly how that rule limited defensive rotations and switching and it will be obvious that defense is not easier today.
Moreover the scheming and emphasis on defense is far greater today. Scoring was so much higher in the past not just because players could shoot better but because defense was more of afterthought for years.

  • Ldub

Gotchu. Just making sure. I agree, he finally put the critics to bed. His offensive game is superior(minus shooting from distance and ft’s) but everything else is a level above. A few notches above defensively as well. I dont understand how people dont see this. I think it kinda boils down to a hatred for James because of how he left Cleveland. Granted it was wrong HOW he did it but its over and done with.

  • http://www.newyorkshockexchange.com Shock Exchange

Brion, I think Shakespeare would say “Thy protesteth too much.” You are now on the list.

  • O

Props to the Heat as a team. They earned it as one last night. Hope the Thunder get theirs soon too. Worst part about last night is that ir signaled the end of basketball for the next few months and football season a hot minute away too…

  • Orpah the Prosident

Great news for pop-culture and the NBA business, great news for fans of celebrities…TERRIBLE for fans of the game of basketball. I’m so tired of watching big-money, cash-cow, pre-fabricated “dynasties”. I rooted for Miami at one time but they’re turning into another Lakers and that trend is killing the soul of basketball. Stern has to go and should probably be replaced by Jeff Van Gundy.

  • Ill Smith

Props to Bron Bron on the best playoff run since…..Dirk a year ago. Guess this is where my era of LeBron hate comes to an end. It almost felt like my civic duty to hate on him til he gotta ring. He did that. I just wish they’d stop all the Jordan comparisons now & let the man’s career unfold without all the lofty expectations & comparisons.

  • Sérgio

To all you Lebron suckers saying that he is now top 10, top 7, shup the f#ck up. You gotta be freakin kidding to put him above Kobe, Shaq, Duncan or Bird.

The guy is great, for sure, but he still has a long road to go before he passes those cats.

  • http://www.thenation.com/blog/168311/do-you-know-your-enemy-why-we-should-all-root-miami-heat-beat-oklahoma-city-thunder# albie1kenobi

biggest winner last night (not counting everything Miami/Heat related) would be Seattle. Go Supersonics.
biggest loser last night (not counting everything OKC/Thunder related) would be Cleveland/Ohio.
    ——-
Lebron dominating the Finals in this fashion was amazing, and truly speaks for itself. Not ONE person on the SLAM’s Finals picks had Heat in 5. Refs definitely called the games favoring Miami, but no doubt the Heat as a team outplayed/outhustled the Thunder more often than not. Someone pointed out it’s because they played more desperate, which was very self-evident.

Heat and Lebron fans also need to give thanks to the Thunder, however, because this was the only team that could have forced the Heat to finally learned how to play well together. Lebron wouldn’t have been dominating inside, bosh wouldn’t have been working hard on the board and beating bigs with his quickness, and the rest of the role players wouldn’t have stepped up the way they did as a team.

it was a crushing experience for KD (my wife said “poor baby face durant”) and the Thunder, but because of this, KD will be expanding his all around game, Russ will learn to play smarter, ibaka and harden will be better on offense and defense respectively, and the team will learn to lean on KD and pass to him (seriously it was frustrating to NOT see KD touch the ball in every posession he was on the floor, even though i was rooting for Heat to win).

    ————————

all in all, what an unexpected season. all the lock-out drama, the injuries, the “west was best” chant, and the RETURN OF THE KING.

shoutout to all SLAM FAM. even at your worst, you guys are the best.

Seriously I work all day on the puter and run out of sh*t to do and look up. SLAM is my “go-to website” every morning, Win or Lose, cause you know it’s going to be interesting. We have an awesome summer coming up with Olympics and a deep draft. Summer League ball will be here before we know it. Bean will be adding some old man elements to his game. Bron shouldn’t take it too easy in the off season. KD will be in every park in the country. D-Rose hopefully heals up. D-Wade doesn’t go dying on us.
Anyway Gents, It’s been fun. I’ll be spending the summer in Washington so if anyone is in the Seattle area, holler at me on the Webs and we’ll get some play ground ball going.

  • http://theurbangriot.com The NUPE

LeBron is the exact same player today as he was last year and the year before that etc. I don’t believe a ring changes anything, I don’t believe the fact that he came through this year wipes out anything he’s done in the past. If they would have lost this series, I wouldn’t have any more or less respect for his game. I don’t understand why so many people put so much emphasis an individual players rings when they play a team sport. Eddy Curry, Noris Cole, Chris Bosh all have the same # of rings as LeBron. Does that make them any different players than they were before? At the end of the day, I think haters should continue to hate LeBron, the ring doesn’t change anything about him or his game. Prior to this season he already had 2 MVP awards, if you can hate on a guy with that, then I don’t think you should stop now. If you’ve always been a LeBron fan, then continue to be a fan and appreciate his game. He’s been really consistant (at least in terms of overall stats) his entire career. The fact that he’s on a better team and had his role-players stepping up, doesn’t all of the sudden make him anything more than he was before. Too bad he couldn’t have won a chmapionship in Cleveland, If Mo Williams could have come through… I’m happy for the Heat, feel bad for OKC (but they’ll be back). And hope the haters continue to hate. No reason to change their thoughts on him because of what the team accomplished.

    Bold predictions for the summer:
    - KD gains 25 lbs of pure muscle, finally benches 185.
    - Blake Griffin attends Dream’s Post University, finally converts left-handed post move not a dunk.
    - DFish resigns with LA reuniting the 5-time tag-team champions of the world.
    - Scott Brooks studies new concepts of In-Game adjustments, reverse action, decoy plays, slip screens and other herebefore unknown concepts under the tutelage of Doc Rivers; surprises world by running play not high pick and roll for KD/Russ.
    - Gab Union, whose prophecy that the Heat would win came true, hired as team assistant coach/talisman aka that Whoppie Goldburg/Knicks movie (IamOrange’s alltime fav!)
    - KD takes out his fury on Spain at the Olympics, culminating in a crowd staredown at centercourt with KD yelling, “Is there no one else? Is there no one else amongst you.”
    - JVG announces that The Philosopher shall now only be referred to as “Phil”. Jack Nicholson inconsolable.
    - Dan Gilbert amends Karma hit on Lebron from one championship to eight championships, claiming Twitter account hacked the first time he said it.
You guys can take it up from here.

This finals series reminded me a lot of last year. On paper, everyone thought the Heat would take it last year and..well… we know what happened! This year, everyone felt OKC would take it on paper and they got sent fishin in 5. You live and you learn. Experience is truly the greatest teacher. Congrats to Miami!

  • http://www.fullc0urtpress.com KHOLIDAY05

Now that we got that out of the way, anyone else think a Rondo for Westbrook swap would benefit both organizations? OKC gets a pass first guard that can take over a game on both ends and compliment KD while Westbrook would get his own team that would build around him in the post big 3 era..

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Kholiday, I’ve been on board with that swap since last years playoffs. So I agree, that would greatly help both teams.

Rondo > Westbrook…but it seems that the players would fit better on the other’s team.

  • tpathi1

didnt russell just sign an extension..and after making first team all nba wont he be eligible for a pay raise a la derrick rose rule? He will probably demand more money from Boston than they will give him. I never seen the point of trading one top five player at the respective position for another one…what they got now works in OKC! Last time i check they made it to the finals..if lbj gets called for a foul on the last seconds in game 2 the championship series *might (i do emphasize might) have been a little different. They neeed for KD to take full control of this team..something in his demeanor needs to change..i dont know about yall but i want to see a KD with a little bit more of a Russell Westbrook mentality

  • Heals

As a C’s fan at the beginning of the season I would’ve jumped all over that trade and I still think Wussel is the better overall player, but I don’t want to swap em’ out any more. RR is an enigma, an enigma that both frustrates and astonishes those who watch him game in and game out. I wanna take this ride with him, for better and for worse, he’s sooo unique, unpredictable, talented (could say all the same about Restbrook), I dunno it’s just really interesting watching how Rajon has, and will develop going forward. I’ve seen alot of explosive scorers, so I wanna settle in with a wizard of passing this go round. Funny thing is my opinion could completely change a week into next season, that’s the beauty of these 2 individuals…

LeBron James is one of the top two best players to ever play in the NBA. By the time he retires instead of the debate being a two person equation it will be a one person answer.

  • http://slamonline.com Allenp

I thought Cuban made some good points, but he overreached.
There is some truth, in my mind, to the idea that the Heat played with more desperation than the Thunder. When I think if how often Bosh, Wade and Bron hit the floor for loose balls, it was obvious which team was more desperate. Which team was more focused and felt more urgency to do whatever it took to win.
Now, there is also truth to the fact that Scott Brooks never figured out a good way to defend LeBron on the block or deal with the Battier/Ibaka matchup.
There is also truth to the idea that Dallas’ defense, which played Bron with Kidd and had Chandler and others giving serious help, was a problem for LeBron. But it was only a problem because 1.)His jumper stopped dropping like it was the first three rounds. 2.)He was allergic to the post because he lacked attack moves from there and 3.) Miami’s entire offense was way less fluid.

  • http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/22/mark-cuban-skip-bayless-first-take-lebron_n_1619209.html albie1kenobi

@Allenp: both of them are smug SOB’s, but at least Cuban contributes positively a lot more often. skip bayless is just all hate.
As far as the actual arguments, Lebron DID change, he DID improved his post game, and he DID attack the paint instead of settle for jumpers. but Cuban was right also. Carlisle made adjustments to prevent Bron from attacking from his comfort zone, and he didn’t respond the way he did this year.
fcuk bayless though. he’s now congratulating himself for making James “a better player”. that’s why i don’t ever watch these “sports shows”.

So you want a guy who has been a good player for literally half the games he played in, and even when he was good was not even close to as good as Westbrook (seriously look at the numbers and also start to care about defense) and a guy who was so terrible his team paid him not to play for them this season, to Oklahoma City (a place Lamar Odom will REFUSE to go, assuming he signs with New York for the minimum in the first place bahahahaha not going to happen either) for two all-star caliber players who are 22 an 23 that just made an appearance in the finals? You realize Harden was a very good Player in every series but the finals? Of course you don’t. Honestly i thought you were joking, this is literally the dumbest serious trade idea i’ve ever heard. And to top it off you called Jeremy Lin a perennial all-star?!?! Gahahahahahhahahahahaha he will lucky to play in the all-star game once. Very lucky. WoW. Thank you for the comedy.

AllenP: You may be somewhat right about my opinion on the overall D. When I said “Too many guys play loose D so they can hurry up and get on offense” I meant it. IMO the matador D and flopping is out of control. Too many players go to the hole and shoot jumpers with the intent to draw a foul instead of making the bucket and 1. I could be wrong but when you see ultra talented scorers throwing their hands up and flailing before their shot has barely left their hands it’s sad. The replay often shows that they were not touched, created the contact themselves or didn’t get touchedI enough to react as if mugged. lol. I respect your knowledge of the game enough AllenP to say..I do not need to look up anything you wrote b/c you either already looked it up or just know it. Blessings fam. (In like Ish 1)

lmaooooo @ swapping J Lin and Odom for Harden and westbrook. I actually really like Jeremy Lin but do people remember what happened to him against the heat??? i’m CRYING. Westbrook’s athletic aggressiveness kept OKC in like 3 games… Lin could NOT do that. Jeremy Lin couldn’t beat even an injured D.wade off the dribble consistently and plus Westbrook guarded Lebron a couple possessions, and Lin would die instantly if he had to do that. and Odom showing up in the finals? are you kidding me? Odom didn’t even show up in the regular season for the mavs… and was useless against the mavs last year in the 2nd round. Plus when the lakers had to rely on him instead of bynum in 08…they lost.

@ nbk: Jeremy Lin will be lucky to make 1 All-Star game? I think you’re underestimating the “popular Asian factor,” as well as the “New York point guard factor,” which form a dangerous combo when it comes to All-Star vote-getting.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Derrick Rose, Teddy. If a slightly above average PG dominates all-star voting then that’s great. It will drive the NBA to change its system. So I hope I’m wrong, just so fan voting can be abolished. Frankly, I hate fan voting, general “fans” (aka children and china) don’t know what the hell they are doing. And as the largest % of voters they coincidentally also make up the smallest % of viewers for the game that they spend so much time skewing the voting for.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

    ^not me

  • http://www.michaelparenti.org/motherteresa.html Teddy-the-Bear

Of course Rose deserves to start, I was joking lol. But there ARE tonnes of basketball fans in China who know what they’re talking about. Also you can’t expect people in Asia to catch every game live like ppl do in the West when there’s a 14 hour time difference.
Anyways fan voting is lame, but the only time it’s been a problem really (from Chinese fans) is when Yi Jianlian was almost voted a starter. That was obviously ridiculous, but it never happened. The votes Yao Ming got were well-deserved aside from his rookie year. He was clearly hands down the best center in the West post-Shaq and it would have been a travesty if he WASN’T starting. So I think that’s overblown. American fans can be pretty boneheaded too, i.e. voting Carmelo Anthony in as a starter this year… How has Deron Williams made only 3 All-Star appearances? That’s mainly on the coaches but there were a few times he should have started, if starting was really based on who are the best players.

  • http://www.michaelparenti.org/motherteresa.html Teddy-the-Bear

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

@ Jordan was no where near the level Bron is playing at. Jordan would not get drafted out of high school even if he graduated in 2003. Now lets examine the Jordan era: Magic nor any other laker would have the strength to contain LeBron, Bird would just be a WITNESS because he’s to slow with zero athletIcism, Isiah would get locked up (ie derrick rose), Ewing really? the knicks dont know how to win a chip unless fraziers on the court, Clyde and Terry Porter wouldnt stand a chance, LeBron would counter all of hakeem’s offense with offense because the dream passed his post secrets to the king but Bron would win the series because he can shut kenny smith and cassell DOWN, Stockton and mailman would both be returned to sender, and early was a shaq was a stat stuffer not a champion

  • http://thetroyblog.com Teddy-the-Bear

@ nbk: that doesn’t surprise me. And I’m guessing that’s the same age bracket for Chinese fan voters.

  • http://thetroyblog.com Teddy-the-Bear

If Harden doesn’t get a max contract does that mean OKC can afford him? I’m not quite so sure he won’t get a max deal though–the Raptors are desperate enough to pull the trigger. And I sincerely hope they do…

Teddy, I heard the same stuff, that Toronto REALLY wants Harden. Suns too. If Phoenix misses Waiters ( it seems like more and more noise is growing that Portland will take him at 11), expect them to throw stupid money at Beardie. Ibaka will get Deandre Jordan money easily. I’m seeing comments about the Heat winning 9 championships. And this goes out to you BlackPhantom who thinks that Lebron is way better than Jordan. Before you compare the 2. Look at the 2 ERA’s. How many big skilled men are there in the NBA? look at flopping. Back then players took hits and there was no foul, but now Harden, Wade, Kobe just need to throw their hands up and they are heading to the bucket for free throws. You said Lebron’s athleticism is so great, 1 question how will Lebron play when he’s 32 or suffers minor injury setback (God forbid). I will give you an example just look at Vince Carter and Tracy,or even penny when had that nasty injury. That’s what makes legends. Hakeem teaches post moves to Howard, Kobe and Lebron why because skill sets matters more than Athleticism. And those who believe Heat will win 9 championships. That theory can only work if the remaining teams in the League remain stagnant and do nothing about their situation. Just ask Dallas and lakers. For heat to be successful their management has got to make good decision for the team. what do they need? where can they improve on. If You think the same Miami Heat team will win another championship next season again, well you are mistaken. Wade was banged up throughout the season with his injury. Bosh had his and Lebron suffered cramp in game 4. Hope that BULLS, OKC and others don’t adjust. They will need more fire-power come next season.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

^LeBron will have a 36 year NBA career. 9 seasons in and he has never had a major injury. By the time he reaches his 20th nba season and has his 10th nba championship if his knees are delipidated he can just go get the kobe surgery. And LeBron’s layup is on 99. It dosent matter who hits him on his way there (while giving him an and-1) he is going to score at the goal or get an assist from a three point shooter in any era. YOU CANT STOP IT. YOU CAN ONLY HOPE TO CONTAIN IT.

  • Bola

I laugh because you think the human body is a machine. You talk about all this attribute, why hasn’t he won 4,5,6,7 rings already. Even the one he just won i will go as far as to say it was a team effort. Yes Mario, Battier, Miller hitting those 3rees killed OKC. See people like you think Basketball is all about Power, layups and dunks. Yes there is an element. But you know the greatest element ever? Mindset. Jordan had that, I’m sorry to say Lebron doesn’t have that. And that’s the difference. With all the 99% attribute you give Lebron what happened last year when he played Dallas. With the natural athleticism God blessed him with, why did he go to meet Hakeem to learn how to play in the post? Didn’t him playing in the post improve his game? 20th season with his 10th nba championship? I laugh because it took dude 9 years to get 1. I’m a mathematician and i can tell you if you put that Data it’s impossible. You think Heat will win for the next decade. They will be glad if they dominate for 2-3 years. Just ask the celtics big 3 how long they lasted. Lebron is a good player. but better than Jordan? You must not have seen the things Jordan did against great Defenders and great defence.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

LeBron won his first ring because he finally obtained post moves. His current post game is a C+. Next year once he gets the Dirk esque fall away mid range game its over for the rest of thel league. That move alone will carry him to least 5 more rings

  • Bola

When he learns Dirk fall away mid range? 5 you say hopefully when Lebron retires i will be here to say i told you so. You think other teams are sleeping?

Other teams are in a deep sleep because LeBron just put them all in a coma. The only lineup that could possibly compete with this Heat roster is: D Will, Kobe, KD, Dirk, and Dwight with Rondo, Joe Johnson, Rudy Gay, Blake, and Bynum comin off the bench

  • http://blackamericaweb.com Caboose

Wacker than a fanny pack on Shaq.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

My troll and Phantom’s troll really might push me away till the problem is fixed. What is the point of trolling if all you are going to do is say my comments aren’t mine? And I’m becoming convinced it’s Tarzan.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

Dude im not trolling (on purpose). Slam keeps clearing my name, mail, and website and puttin phantoms info in its place and i dont want to await moderation. And it sucks because phantoms getting all the credit for my great thoughts, opinions, and predictions

  • http://blackamericaweb.com Caboose

Don’t go, baby. Who else’s approval will I pine for if you aren’t around? You are my inspiration.

  • http://blackamericaweb.com Caboose

That was for Mr. NBk. ;)

  • Bola

It’s funny how some people allow too much NBA 2K get in their head.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

2k did help me realize LeBron’s greatness. As the Heat I played against the west all stars on hall of fame. Bron posted 39 10 and 8 in a victory.

  • Bola

It’s just funny cause the same video game i used Kyrie Irving to drop 50 points 12 rebounds and 9 assist. So Maybe Kyrie Irving to has greatness in him

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

You were probably playing the bobcats. 50 ballin kemba on pro is not impressive

  • Heals

In 2k I play pg for Nets, nuff said…

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

    @heals u talking myplayer?

  • http://9gag.com/gag/4568611 Max

LOL Bola take it easy, BP is obviously getting trolled hard..

  • http://blackamericaweb.com Caboose

Bola is the slowest guy on Slam if he can’t pick up on the sarcasm.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

IM NOT TROLLING. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION IN SOME COMMENTS ABOVE ^

  • Bola

It’s funny cause it was against the heat on their own turf. Yeah that’s right Irving Killing the heat with 50 points. Ohh and 2 big 3 clutch shots. The AI couldn’t cheese me when they saw Kyrie’s greatness.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

Then you were playing on pro. I dont believe you could beat the Heat on HOF with The 95-96 bulls

  • Bola

Dude i can beat any team on Hall of Fame. Video games might be hard for you but i crack them after some time. Just like COD, how my first online game was 1-34 now i go 39-4 40-17. I’m cheese when it comes to games.

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 Black Phantom

I will beat you by 27 points with the bucks and jennings coming off the bench. dont talk COD to a 4 star general. Im prestige 16 and i average a M.O.A.B. once every four games

  • Bola

Lol, M.O.A.B i can pretty much do that while sleeping. Ohh and on BF3 i’m amazing too, not just COD. And hmmm if you played me on NBA 2K i pretty much will school you. It be so bad i can use my bench for the 2nd half while resting my starting five. Like Chris smoove says I’m a BOSS player. That i am. OHH that prestige level I’m through with everything except if infinity wants to add more prestige level. So maybe you need to calm yourself down before hyping yourself up.

Enough talking PS3 or Xbox? Im gonna make you cry to your mom just like Bron did KD

  • Bola

    Lol, both.

  • http://www.lebronjames.com/ Big Game James Midrange Troll Attack

    PS3 @ CODKrackerKiller XBOX @ BronBeenWinning

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Slam, this is real Caboose here, and I’m seriously considering just leaving until you fix this crap. It’s not a difficult solution; a couple good computer science students at the local university could code a log in system for you guys. Honestly, the community site that my name always links to has an incredible system: log-ins that give you a profile, a ranking system based on how much you comment, and an ability to mod others’ comments like “+1 Cool” or “-1 Lame.” I know that’s not an easy system to create, but just some way to get rid of the trolls, because I am ridiculously sick of this sh!t.

  • Bola

Coolies. Might add you up for some game time.

  • http://blackamericaweb.com Caboose

I don’t want to leave the site but I will. I can’t take it. It’s ruining the experience for all regulars here. This is the only real hoop head site on the net. Since I don’t have a girl, and probably never will, there are only two sites that fill the void. Fix it SLAM. Keep the site legit.

  • http://www.lebronjames.com/ Big Game James Midrange Troll Attack

@LMFAO..he does need to stop crying to Ben Osborne

  • Justin G.

What I don’t get is, what exactly do these trolls think they’re accomplishing? “Wow, look at me I’m nbk/Caboose/whomever they’re trolling next time. I…am so…cool”. No kids, it’s reasons like this that you’re sitting at home on a Friday night instead of out with friends or some chick. Way to go guys.

  • http://blackamericaweb.com Caboose

You’re right Justin. Thanks for sticking up for me. It doesn’t make either of us seem gheyer than we are ;) .

  • http://www.slamonline.com Redd

THE HEAT ARE ABOUT TO FIVE-PEAT

  • http://www.slamonline.com Redd

    ^Not me..un-co-sign hard.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

First of all stupid. I do have a girl. Second of all, I do have friends. Also it’s Sunday meathead.
Interesting thing is slam gave me nbk’s info then yesterday it switched out his info with. WTF is that?

  • http://Roosterteeth.com Caboose

Troll nbk, that’s long been a problem here. The weird commenting system sometimes gives the info of the guy who comments right above you and sometimes clears its cache (randomly). So yeah, that’s that. And 12:03 was fake Caboose, but I think that was obvious.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Sorry.slam messed up comment system. Yesterday SLAM switched up nbk’s info with Lakeshow’s. I can only troll one person at a time

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

It has happened multiple times after nbk. SLAM gave me Lakeshow, Ldub, da-meat-hook, kobester, and funny enough Caboose. But my trolling is reserved for nbk.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

So you don’t have enough self control to put in your own name. Trolling me doesn’t even do anything other than help you express that you have nothing better to do with your time. Which is rather pathetic. Ultra pathetic when you think about how insignificant commenting on a basketball site is in the first place.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

So you having nothing better to do than post on a basketball site, which is exactly the same thing that I do, means you have a life but I don’t? LOL

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Well since you are obviously slow mentally let me say again, “. Ultra pathetic when you think about how insignificant commenting on a basketball site is in the first place.”
    .
Let me put it differently maybe?
    .
Commenting as someone else, in a place that already doesn’t matter, is really pathetic. Like I’ve said here countless times, i comment to waste time, i am fully aware of how stupid it is. But doing it just to try and annoy another person is just sad. What purpose does it even serve? I’m not even annoyed by it, it’s just extremely pathetic. Like when a little kid thinks they are bothering their older sibling when really they are just something to laugh at, only it’s sad. Your opinion with your normal name is so insignificant this is the only way you can get attention…that’s obviously what you want. you are succeeding in getting it. So congratulations i guess? Maybe this makes up for not getting laid or you are just really lonely? Sad either way. Hopefully you find joy in this, that’s all i hope for, a purpose for you.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Not annoyed by it? You said in a previous post that you sent an e-mail to ryne. You also said that you were going to leave the site.
Also mental disorders affect millions of families you dumbass. Saying that to some troll on a basketball site proves that your a waste of life.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

Can’t get laid? He thinks that I’m a little kid? Wow

  • http://www.triplejunearthed.com/dacre Dacre

So…. just so you know I’m me.

  • http://www.slamonline.com Wayno

    No Darce, I’m me…

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk

I didn’t say a disorder, I said your slow. As in just stupid. Your whole family is probably stupid. And as I said its sad. Especially if you are an adult. And it’s not you who I find annoying, it’s the other trolls who are annoying. If you were the only troll I wouldn’t have contacted Ryne about it at all, I would have just let you have your pathetic little fun.
