Orlando Magic Tell Dwight Howard They’re Suspending All Trade Talks


This week’s biggest NBA question, is, undoubtedly, Where the hell is Dwight Howard going? Well, as of now, uh…nowhere at all. For the time being, the Magic have completed suspended any trade talks involving their superstar big man, reports HOOPSWORLD’s Alex Kennedy:

    Word T-Ray. Hey SLAM, how about this system: everybody must be a registered user, but if you are a subscriber (or become one via online), you become a
    “sponsored” user. Maybe charge like an extra $1-$3 a month or something and allow us to post with italics, bold, color, whatever. No need to have a profile or anything, just a log in with regular members and sponsors. The extra sponsorship cash would fund any enterprise you need to build the system. The trolls would go away or be forced to register. I know I’d pay to be a sponsor if it gave me some privileges (aforementioned text additions, ability to pick among the alternate covers, etc). Slamily, what do you think?

    I disagree in that, trolls will be trolls. I used to comment on Chicago tribune sports and they switched to Facebook commenting to stop trolling..it worked but not 100% plus made comments get reduced sadly. You want to stop trolling, then do registeration and track IPs. Shouldn’t cost much because I’m sure they already can track IPs..I mean they’re not that behind..I hope lol.

    this will be too funny if dwight gets traded to ATL his ‘hometown’ and then after next year he wants out of his ‘hometown’. I hope he puts on a decision like show to go along with it. That will be the ultimate move for Orlando…making dwight “diss” his hometown for what he wants.

    on another note, i guess the Lopez signing coupled with the Magic’s unwillingness to deal right now, opens the doors for the Chicago Bulls to pull off a crazy deal for Howard. We got the pieces, but I don’t know if we want all the drama that Dwight has become!
