Polladaday: Knicks’ Roster?

JR Smith thinks the Knicks have a roster capable of winning the NBA Championship—on paper, at least. We’ll learn about their on-the-court chemistry later, but for now, do you think they have all of the pieces needed to take home the Larry O’Brien trophy?

Do the Knicks have a Championship-caliber roster?

If this was 2008 and prior Jason Kidd… Yes.
    But it’s 2012.

    39 dumbasses and counting.

The team actually looks pretty good…but I guarantee Carmelo and the gang will figure out a way to screw this up.

They look pretty good, unless your talking about a championship. You can’t screw up something you have no chance at achieving.

nbk, are you one of those dumbasses?

LeBron has the juice now. Carmelo should have stayed west if he wanted to make a finals appearance within the next five years

  • Hart

If the season started today….(After the Dwight trade)
    1. Miami (67-15)
    2. Indiana (53-29)
    3. Boston (52-30)
    4. Philadelphia (50-32)
    5. Brooklyn (50-32)
    6. New York (46-36)
    7. Chicago (45-37)
    8. Washington (41-41)
    9. Atlanta (40-42)
    10. Detroit (38-44)
    11. Toronto (35-47)
    12. Cleveland (35-47)
    13. Milwaukee (32-50)
    14. Orlando (28-54)
    15. Charlotte (24-58)
So no, not a championship contender.
