Roger Mason Jr. to Sign With the New Orleans Hornets

Free agent guard Roger Mason Jr. is New Orleans-bound, as he’s expected to ink a deal with the Hornets later on this week. Per the Times-Picayune: “Mason, who played for the Washington Wizards last season, is expected to sign his contract later this week. He averaged 5.5 points and 1.3 rebounds per game last season. Mason, 31, also played for the Bulls, Spurs, Raptors and Wizards since coming out of Virginia in 2002. He has averaged 7.2 points per game for his career.”
