Kobe Bryant Loved ‘Sex and the City’, Found it ‘Informative’

Kobe Bryant wants everyone to get out and vote in the presidential election. Even more importantly, though, is that Bryant is a big fan of the TV show “Sex and the City”. From iVillage (via Buzzfeed): “Why vote? The idea that each vote matters and that we individually have the power to influence how we are governed is why so many of our men and women have made the ultimate sacrifice. WE MATTER. That’s a powerful feeling, one that I’ve taken for granted in the past. In the past I believed that not exercising my right to vote would not make a difference in who became the next president so why should I take the time to learn the issues? I’d rather be shooting hoops! The change occurred when Vanessa and I had our babies. Neither of us grew up in politically charged households so the issues weren’t things we were necessarily excited to read about and discuss to say the least. It was ESPN for me and ‘Carrie Fever’ (Sex and the City) for her. (Yes, I watched the show and loved it… It was quite ‘informative.’)”

Um, we don’t individually nor directly affect the vote. We vote for the guys who vote for us(Electoral college).

Of course he would find it informative. Four self-absorbed vapid women obsessed with sex. Explains everything.

So Kobe takes out the frustration of being whipped by his wife, on his teammates? It’s all starting to come together now *Maniacal laughter*

interesting that some people think they live in a democracy when they only have two candidates to choose from, and like redd said, it is really the electoral college’s votes that matter in the end

Just because you vote doesn’t mean your country is democratic or free. The US is the biggest police state in the world. 1 out of every 8 prisoners in the WORLD is a black man in the United States. Freedom for whom?

Looks like Kobe doesn’t wear the pants in his relationship. She’s still fine though.

Yea but, it’s not the presidents fault or Kobe’s fault is there fault for getting them selves in that situation. Theres freedom but, theres rules to fllow. Once you try to take advantage your going to get penalized.
