Shawn Marion to Miss at Least 3 Games Due to Left Knee Injury

It was announced today by the Dallas Mavericks that 34-year old forward Shawn Marion will be out for the next three games (at least), due to a sprained left MCL. Per the Star-Telegram: “Dallas Mavericks forward Shawn Marion will miss at least the next three games after spraining the left medial collateral ligament during Monday’s 114-91 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Marion will miss Wednesday’s home game against Toronto and won’t travel during the upcoming two-game road trip to New York and Charlotte. The Mavs play the Knicks on Friday and the Bobcats on Saturday. Mavs officials say Marion will be re-evaluated next week.”
