We already knew about the starters, but now the NBA has announced the 2013 All-Star reserves. Here they are:

    i thought it was still the coaches, not the fans who elect the subs. size of a market shouldnt play a role in that. i mean j smith had a bad season by his standards but then at least horford wouldve deserved that
