Miami Heat Want to Get Chris Bosh More Shots

Chris Bosh is the Miami Heat’s most efficient shooter this season, connecting at a career-high 54.3% clip from the field. He needs more shots, correctly argue Bosh’s teammates and coaches. Per the Miami Herald: “Most nights, it’s not a problem. After all, Chris Bosh might be the team’s most reliable offensive option, but he’s on a team with Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, two of the best scorers in the NBA. But then there are times like Sunday and the Heat’s 100-98 loss to the Celtics. In a game that Heat coach Erik Spoelstra called one of his team’s most inefficient of the season, Bosh attempted just three shots in the second half and overtime periods. It was as if James, Wade and Ray Allen completely forgot that Bosh, whose 54.3 percent field-goal shooting leads the Heat, was on the floor. ‘He’s one of our best players, one of our best shooters. …Three shots is definitely not enough for him,’ James said. ‘We’ve got to do a better job of just trying to find him.’ Bosh’s statistics against the Celtics are just a small sample size of a larger trend. The Heat’s power forward, an eight-time All-Star selection, doesn’t get enough looks. Of course, this isn’t a new problem. Bosh has sacrificed shots for James and Wade since 2010. This season, Bosh is averaging 12.2 shot attempts per game. It’s the second-lowest average of his career next to his rookie season despite the fact that he’s shooting better than ever. [...] ‘It’s tough,’ James said. ‘I know I wouldn’t feel much of a threat offensively if I only got three looks in a second half and overtime, so I know it’s tough, so we’ve got to be more conscious about that and try to get him some looks. Or don’t even try. Just make it happen.’”

Maybe Bosh has to do a better jon of getting to the right places. LeBron will find him if he is open.

Really!? How long have you been watching bball. And Which Miami’s games have you been watching?! Have you even read the article and what James and the coaches were saying?!

It began with big 3 and now it is big 2. How many times the game turn south when Bosh catch the ball? It is a nicer way to say to Bosh, play like Kevin Garnett, because Garnett kick his ass in that game and every thing else. Bosh has become the weakest link in the Big 3 and everyone is trying to point that out in a nicer way.

Has become the weakest link ?

the game was pretty badly played by the heat. bosh knocked down 6 of his first 7 shots in the first quarter and got a total of 6 shots the remaining 3 quarters and overtime?

who would you trade from the big3 if you don’t have a choice?

He didn’t just ‘become’ the weakest, my friend, he’s been. He can’t play like KG, KG doesn’t have LBJ and Wade and Bosh doesn’t have Rondo. It’s a whole different atmosphere.
Lastly, the game does not go south when Bosh touches the ball. With attempts he can get 40, he had it against Denver earlier this year.
