Stephen Curry Hurt His Ankle Again

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry was knocked out last night’s tilt in Toronto due to yet another ankle sprain. The injury (Curry’s second sprain this month) is presumed to be mild at the moment. Per the Mercury News: “He went the first 36 games without any issues with his right ankle, which was surgically repaired in April. But he missed two games after spraining it in shootaround on Jan. 16 before the Warriors hosted Miami. Curry had seemed to recover from that sprain until he did it again Monday. […] After signaling to Jackson he was fine, Curry stayed in the game for another minute. Still wincing, he was replaced by Jarrett Jack and immediately checked out by trainers. For the next several minutes, Curry was looked at by the training staff, sitting on the hardwood fidgeting with his ankle. He took multiple trips to the locker room and even tried to talk Jackson into letting him back in. Jackson wouldn’t oblige.”
