Tyson Chandler Out 1 Week , Kurt Thomas to Miss 2-4 Weeks

To no one’s surprise, the New York Knicks’ old, brittle frontline continues to be decimated by injuries. With Amar’e Stoudemire and Rasheed Wallace out for the remainder of the season, New York announced today that Tyson Chandler and Kurt Thomas will be sidelined (time to carry even more of the load, ‘Melo.): “An MRI of Tyson’s Chandler cervical spine revealed a small bulging disc. He is expected to miss approximately a week. […] An MRI of Kurt Thomas’ right foot revealed an acute stress reaction surrounding a chronic stress fracture in his navicular bone. Thomas is expected to miss approximately 2-4 weeks.”
