Luol Deng Not Playing in Game 2 vs Miami Heat

The Chicago Bulls will attempt to take a 2-0 series lead against the Miami Heat tonight, but they’ll have to do so without Luol Deng. The Bulls’ forward was in the hospital for Game 1, and his status for the rest of the series is unknown according to head coach Tom Thibodeau. Per the AP: “Thibodeau also says guard Kirk Hinrich’s calf injury is improving, though he remains listed as day-to-day. Hinrich played 60 minutes in Chicago’s triple-overtime win over Brooklyn in Game 4 of their first-round series, and has not played since. Also, guard Derrick Rose was ruled out of Game 2, the 96th consecutive game he will miss since hurting his knee in April 2012.”

the Spinal Tap was to do a spinal meningitis test. Which in itself is terrifying.
