Terrence Williams Arrested for Making Gun Threats

Police in Kent took Boston Celtics guard Terrence Williams into custody on Sunday afternoon. They allege that the 25-year-old Williams made threats with a gun during a scheduled visit of his 10-year-old son. Per Kent Reporter: “At about 1:55 p.m., officers were dispatched to meet the victim who resides in the downtown Kent area. The victim reported that the father of her 10-year-old son in common, identified as NBA basketball player Terrence D. Williams, arrived to her home for a scheduled visitation exchange of their son. She said during the exchange in the parking lot area an argument ensued. The victim reported that during the argument Williams brandished a firearm and made threats. Williams left the area prior to police arrival, but was later located and taken into custody.”

    NBA 2012-13 “All-bonehead squad”
Andrew Bynum: “I can’t play but boy can I bowl and boogie”
Nick Young: Possible sexual assault, referred to himself the other day as swaggy, what more do you need?
Terrence Williams (Most Valuable Bonehead): This. As despicable as it is embarrassing.

Any suggestions for the 4th and 5th spots?

  • deafballer

I would throw chalmers in there for his top 10 guard comments, but that’s not quite the boneheaded things the rest of the team is going after

25 – 10 – 9 months = impregnated a girl at age 14. Ish like this explains why he’s never been able to stick around in the L.

    I feel for this dude…
Tough a$$ life he has had.
Even if he paved his own path, he never had the guidance a child desperately needs. That’s not his fault.
    Prayers, and thoughts to Williams.

A wonderful role model for his son.

  • LP @ThisisEther

Wow, A lot of judgement here…….nobody here knows the whole story….There might be a chance he felt his child was somehow in danger, maybe he had a reason to pull his gun…. who knows…

i can tell none of you have kids, because if you did, you’d probably think into the situation more instead of going into “another dumb thug NBA player” mode……all you see is a statement of arrest.

  • BRAVO

Lol thanks for sharing that. I always wondered why the Toronto Raptors passed on him to take DeMar Derozon. But glad we did bcuz DeMar has a lot of untapped potential.

  • pposse

first of all your allowed to carry an ‘open carry’ gun in a holster in Washington. You need a ‘concealed pistol license’ in order to carry a concealed weapon. In all likelihood the lady knew and seen the gun on him. An argument probably ensued and he must of made a move towards his gun. Not smart. He must have regretted the decision as he left the scene…wonder what kind of charges and sentence this can bring up.

  • Kent Kanada

Derozon was drafted in 2009, when can we stop saying he still has lots of potential?
