Luol Deng Reportedly Discussing Extension With Chicago Bulls

Despite trade rumors, the Chicago Bulls and Luol Deng are said to be negotiating a contract extension. Per Yahoo! Sports: “Deng, 28, has one year and $14.3 million left on his deal with Chicago. Bulls management and Deng’s representative, Herb Rudoy, have had discussions since the end of the Bulls’ playoff run and plan to talk further in the near future, sources said. The two sides discussed broad contract parameters recently, and have plans to talk more specifically about a possible extension soon, sources said.”

We need to keep him in the Chi. The fans love him, he has developed so well over his career on the Bulls, and he is a solid defender. Thoughts of him leaving our city makes me sad. Gotta keep him

Keep Deng, and draft Dieng from Louisville along with Glenn Rice Jr., then pick up Seth curry and Brandon Paul two undrafted guys that will fit in.

I would be willing to trade Deng if it ACTUALLY meant picking up an Oladipo, Porter,or The point guard from Syracuse, who could ALSO play the 2.
