NBA Announces Las Vegas Summer League Schedule


With Game 7 set for Thursday night, the end of the ’12-13 season is literally right around the corner. And with 28 of the 30 NBA teams in full off-season mode, the League officially announced the schedule for the 2013 Las Vegas Summer League. From July 12-22, 22 teams will compete in 61 games, test their youngest players and fight for some new hardware. Per an NBA release: “This summer’s event will feature the debut of a tournament style schedule that will crown the first ever NBA Summer League Champion on Monday, July 22. Teams will compete in three preliminary round games from July 12-16 before being seeded in a tournament running through the Championship Game on July 22. Each team is guaranteed to play at least five games.”
