Tyler Hansbrough to Sign With the Toronto Raptors

Is Canada prepared for Tyler Hansbrough? We’ll find out soon enough. The Toronto Raptors have reached a two-year deal with the free agent forward, taking Hansbrough from the Indiana Pacers. Per Yahoo! Sports: “Hansbrough averaged seven points and 4.6 rebounds in 16.9 minutes per game as a reserve for the Indiana Pacers last season. The Pacers initially made a one-year, $4.1 million offer to Hansbrough, but rescinded it last week after reaching agreement to re-sign David West. Hansbrough, 27, will help fill some of the minutes at forward vacated when the Raptors agreed to trade Andrea Bargnani.”

We got Psycho-T? I’m going to guess he’ll spar with Jonas in practises and make him tougher.

Ujiri – “okay, we need to find a player who is the exact opposite of Bargnani. Allergic to shooting, all toughness, hates Primo Pasta. Any thoughts?”

I hate Tyler Hansbrough and I hate that we got him. No basketball reasons, just can’t stand the dude.

That’s exactly the first thought that game to my mind! I hope he makes Jonas into an even more aggressive player who plays smart but has an attitude.

I love that we have this Guy, even though he’s a dirty player he Hustles and Rebounds and that’s exactly what the raptors need.
