Thunder are screwed now for being NBA title contenders i think..i thot they were goin to acquire him but didnt…i thot bulls were goin to make an offer as well..bulls won’t even be able to make eastern conference finals now i think…bulls needed the scoring to complement rose imo,,,and doubly-so imo after failing to even give Nate Robinson an offer…bulls worst Gm in league imo

Mo Williams was the deciding factor in teams being title contenders….
Let that one sit for a minute with you.

Haven’t been able to take this guy seriously since LeBron left him and he practically spent the summer of 2010 crying himself to sleep. He is not a starting quality PG anymore, looks like he’s realised that. This guy makes my list of “What, HE was an all-star?!” players. Brad Miller captains the squad. All that said, he’s a decent guy to have off the bench.

jamal magloire has something to say about that

The Thunder already have Reggie Jackson… why would they need Mo Williams? Secondly your overrating Mo Williams just a little much there..

  • LakeShow

Miller was a very good player. He was like a much less athletic Lamar Odom.

portland changed the western conference just wait and see

    Look at their guard rotation,
    .
    PG’s – Lillard/McCollum/Williams/Barton/Watson
    SG’s – Matthews/Crabbe/Harris
    .
That is 6 guards who have the exact same skillset. Watson/Matthews being the only two with a diverse set of usable attributes.

They had a pretty good starting 5 last year, and one of the league’s worst bench so I think they overdid it with guards but have added a couple of explosive scorers to keep blazer leads

yeah i don’t think they got worse by any stretch. i just don’t understand getting Williams for more than a trade at a later date.

  • theDankerNuggets

they do need to help out the bench but if McCollum is anything close to the player they are hoping he will be Williams brings nothing to this team that they dont already have he’ll just stunt McCollum’s growth unless he can and is willing to play the 2 and defer to McCollum

  • JC

Ermm why did they do this when they have McCollum?
They are messing with my keeper league team…

  • Ishmael Jenkins

What happened with the Memphis deal?

  • patrick

i think he’s 1 of the most under-rated players in the league,,,BIG offense imo

  • patrick

Cuz reggie jackson is a backup pg,,,Mo Williams is a SG..he cud split time with Sefolosha

  • LakeShow

They just don’t need that. Where would he find time with Westbrook and Jackson? plus he is awful defensively now.

  • Max

    This Kaahhn’t be happening.

  • RKJ92

Mo Williams is a point guard.. wtf you smoking? he’s 6’1..

  • dannyb

Sigh. This is probably a good addition for the bench, but I hate to see that p***y on my Blazers.

  • big al

    so does chris gatling

  • big al

plus damon stoumire. I see him getting more time.

either way same amount of production at this point..

  • Mars

Actually…Mo averaged 13 pts 7 asts, shooting 40% from 3 on a very, very, young & raw Utah Jazz team. Call me crazy, but this is a steal for Portland. Stop hating on All-Stars.

  • LakeShow

    Who the hell is that?
