This past weekend, 3-time NBA Champion Dwyane Wade went back to Chicago to support his hometown community. From September 5-7, Wade and his foundation hosted a number of events, including a fundraiser for Wade’s World Foundation, a 10th Anniversary Celebration Gala, and the Choose to Live, Live to Dream Festival.
