The Central division features two of the East’s top teams and a pair of up-and-comers. Which team will win the division?

Which team will win the Central division this year?

People tend to have a LOT of hope for the Bulls this season. Yes, Rose is likely coming back soon, but does that instantly make them a lock for the Central? I wonder if Bulls fans are stuck in the past, thinking that with Rose back, it will be just like it was before…

    Pacers be grabbing that #1

i have the Bulls winning the Central.

Reasoning? I’m sorry, but I don’t think Rose adds an instant 20 wins.

20 wins? If Chicago won 5 more games last season they win the Central….. .
And now Indiana has to spend the first 2 months of the year finding out how Danny Granger fits in. I assume Derrick Rose = more than 50 wins for Chicago. Indiana should get there, but they haven’t yet.

It all comes down to Rose. If he can be the player that he was than maybe they can top the Pacers. I just don’t see that happening cause other than Butler I don’t think anybody has improved on that team. Besides, the Pacers have Granger back and added Scola. I really don’t think the Bulls will come out on top.

    Cabs? Bucks? ahahahaha

Really? over Indy? That’s a fair call I suppose, but i just have an inkling about the pacers this year. IMO when a team has two goes at nearly being the best (in the east), it gives them that something they didn’t have before. I’m thinking Jordan’s Bulls v DPistons. When Michael lost, twice; he (& the rest of the team) came back with an agenda. They were so close; yet it was those few hustle plays that kept them from repping the east. I feel Indiana is in a similar position.
By keeping the team together (more or less) & getting Granger back… the development of Hibbert et al: well I guess they’re ready. As u would be well aware, they know how to beat Miami, they’re not scared of them, & frankly they’re in a position to win it all.
    Finals Indiana/LAC

Rose is the ish; but I sense disharmony in the Bulls camp.

As soon as you started looking at the 2013-14 Indiana Pacers like Michael Jordan’s 1991 Bulls that’s when you should have stopped

Bad analogy. But the rest is valid. Indy knows how to do it & they have the urgency because they have been so close (Damn u Vogel). They have the best chance (by far) of toppling the Heat.

Yeah, but that comes in the post season. Chicago winning the central would not…..
