Ager to Play in Spain

The 25-year-old guard Maurice Ager has reached agreement with the Spanish club Sevilla Cajasol. The 6-5, 202-pound athlete, who spent last four seasons playing in NBA, also got offer from Brandon Jennings’ former Italian team Rome Lottomatica.

The Mavericks selected Ager with the 28th overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. After two seasons in Dallas, Ager was traded to the New Jersey Nets.

Ager averaged 1,7 points and 0,5 rebounds in just 4,9 minutes per game during last season in New Jersey.

I’m kind of sad to hear him leave, he never really got a chance shine. I heard so many good things about him before he got into the league.
