Kobe: Overseas Still An Option

It will require more guap than you can imagine, but hey, Kobe’s still game to play elsewhere: “Kobe Bryant said that he’s still considering playing overseas because an owners’ lockout of players threatens to sabotage the upcoming NBA season. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar told The Associated Press on the sidelines of a youth basketball clinic in Singapore that he didn’t know if there will be a 2011-12 season and hasn’t ruled out playing abroad. ‘I could,’ Bryant said Saturday. ‘I’m playing abroad right now.’”

I guess Kobe just heard that he won’t be the offensive focal point for the Lakers.

lol. I don’t think Kobe is worried about the offense. I hope they do put the focus on Bynum and Gasol and have KB as a 3rd option…that might work all of 2 games or until they play someone with decent interior defense. lol Both bigs can play, especially Gasol but come on now.
