Polladaday: Team USA?

After escaping a close one yesterday against Brazil, Coach K’s squad is 3-0. What do you think of the team?

What do you think of Team USA's play thus far?

I simply cannot complain. USA has shown they can win close games, and those games were not against cupcakes but rather good teams. Those kind of W’s breed team confidence and trust. This current version of Team USA now collectively knows they can survive close games against great teams. Like Smooth says, if it aint rough, it aint right.

Who voted “Terrible. No chance these guys get past Spain”? Are you serious? They are one of the very few unbeaten teams left, so if they’ve been terrible what should you say about the other teams? And how exactly some people believe this team can’t get past Spain? They already beat Spain, in Madrid no less. So why wouldn’t they be able to beat them once again?

Btw, I hate FIBA’s schedule. Playing three games in three days is bad, for both the teams and the product on the court.

They beat Spain, in Madrid, after a barrage of just terrible officiating. USA got the Gold sewed up, hate if you wanna

i dont really understand the logic here. people been saying team USA is weak, but they aint even lost a game yet? how does that make them bad? seems like they only way our team can get full approval is if they blow out EVERY team by at least 30-40 points. they aint got a loss yet, at least not to my knowledge, so i dont really see how they can be so terribly bad. anyone care to explain this to me?

@johnnyc no explanation. mostly just us being hypercritical and the rest of the world player hating
