You gotta respect the way Bobbito Garcia has navigated his way through the game. From DJing a classic hip-hop radio show, The Stetch Armstrong and Bobbito Show, to MCing at and playing in streetball games, to leaving his mark as a SLAM contributor way back in ’95, the man has done a lot. Plus, his sneaker game is on-point. Just check KICKS 6 or SLAM 72 if you want proof.—Adam Fleischer

    He also use to do the Half Time One minute Interviews for the Knicks on MSG. For the last couple of days this week, I’ve seen him at West 4th (Manhattan) playing in or watching The West 4th Street Basketball League games.

    Bobbito’s sick! One of my favorite people of all time. Really wish I could meet him, just once. And as these photos can’t be made to look good as desktop wallpapers, Kool Bob Love is now my iPhone wallpaper.
