Polladaday: NBA Season?

As bad news keeps on coming, it’s looking increasingly unlikely that the ’10-11 season will begin when it’s scheduled to. But there’s still hope. Do you think the owners and players will make it happen?

Will the NBA season start on time?

both parties are being d-bags. Both owners and players are being too greedy. the nba needs to eliminate the middle class for the most part. You’re either worth 20 million a year or you’re worth 3. The guys in the middle have the worst contracts. There are 2 bad big contracts in the league (Lewis, Arenas). Mid-level and lower end big contracts are usually terrible. Every single mid-level exception contract is bad. All of them. Try to name one that was not a bad idea. You can’t.

I know we all vote/think that the season will be delayed/cancelled. I know I do. However, doesn’t it seem like we’d all be surprised if the season doesn’t start on time? Maybe it’s just me, but I’m still holding onto this faint optimism.
