Polladaday: Smart Move?

As you should know by now, the NBA players have disbanded their union and are taking the lockout negotiations to the courts. What do you think of that move?

Did the NBA players do the right thing by disbanding the union?

    The right thing would have been putting aside personal differences and allowing the union membership an opportunity to vote on their future.
