Top 10 ABA Players

Who didn’t play in the NBA or weren’t good enough for our Top 500.

One of the guidelines of our Top 500 Greatest NBA Players of All Time issue (on sale now!) was that we didn’t consider any statistics or achievements accomplished in any other leagues besides the NBA, at all. However, there were some great ABAers who never played in the NBA, or just didn’t play in the League for very long, and as a result didn’t find their way onto our epic list. Of all of those guys, here are the 10 best.

I’ve read a lot about Mel Daniels greatness in the ABA, but barely saw the guy play. I’d love to get some footage from somewhere.
