Duke v North Carolina

After Virginia fell on Saturday to Louisville, there were a lot of people wondering how the final regular season version of the AP and Coaches’ polls would shake out. Would the Cavaliers remain the No. 2 team in America, or would the loss drop them a few spots?

After taking down rival North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Mike Krzyzewski’s team jumped to the No. 2 spot in both of America’s major polls. The AP’s top five is rounded out, in order, by Virginia, Villanova and Arizona, while the Coaches’ has the Wildcats third, the Cavaliers fourth and the Wisconsin Badgers fifth.
