Ersan Ilyasova and Patty Mills Agree To Play In Turkey

There’s not much more than a tweet and the small report below, but it seems two more NBAers are heading overseas during the Lockout. Ersan Ilyasova (Milwaukee Bucks) and Patty Mills (Portland Trail Blazers) have agreed on terms with Turkish teams, with the details of their respective contracts (and termination clauses) still unclear at this point. Via Sportando: “Anadolu Efes Istanbul agreed to terms with two NBA players: Patty Mills and Ersan Ilyasova. The Turkish team tried to sign Marcelinho Huertas, then Kenyon Dooling but at the end convinced Patty Mills to accept the one year deal with the team. Mills spent the last two years in the NBA averaging 5.5ppg and 1.7apg in 64 games in the regular season 2010-11 with Portland Trail Blazers. Ersan Ilyasova agreed as well for one year and will earn €2.7M. The Turkish forward has played 60 games in the season 2010-11 with Milwaukee Bucks averaging 9.5ppg and 6.1rpg. Ilyasova has played 207 games in the NBA scoring 8.8 points per game and pulling down 5.2rpg.”
