Jared Sullinger’s Season Over Due to Back Injury

According to multiple reports, Boston Celtics rookie Jared Sullinger’s rookie season has been cut short by a back injury. He will reportedly undergo surgery. Per CSNNE: “Sullinger left the game after the first four minutes of Boston’s win over Sacramento with what team officials initially described as back spasms. It is unclear if the injury is related to the back concerns many teams had with Sullinger leading up to last June’s NBA draft. Without Sullinger, look for Brandon Bass to be back in the starting lineup and Chris Wilcox and Jason Collins to be the two primary bigs off the Celtics bench.”
