Milwaukee Bucks forward Drew Gooden and Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum today were named the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively. Gooden helped Milwaukee go undefeated this week (3-0), behind averages of 18.0 points, 9.7 rebounds and 8.0 assists. His week was highlighted by a 15 point, 13 assist, 10 rebound triple-double in Milwaukee’s 115-105 win vs. Cleveland last Wednesday. Out West, Bynum led the Lakers to a 3-1 week and recorded double-doubles in all four of LA’s games, including a 37 point, 16 rebound monster outing vs. Memphis last Tuesday.
