The Phoenix Suns exceeded expectations, but their season ended in disappointment nonetheless. They rallied from an 0-2 deficit in the Conference Finals only to suffer debilitating losses at the hands of Ron Artest and Kobe Bryant. Steve Nash was visibly upset that his dream was deferred once again and he still holds the dubious distinction of having played the most playoff games without an NBA Finals appearance. Presumably, any further opportunities Nash will have are dependent on the return of Amare Stoudemire, the latest addition to this summer’s free agent summit.
Did this series help or hurt Nash’s legacy? Should he convince Amare to give it another try or is it time to move on? You make the call.
