Reggie Miller Would Consider Front-Office Role With Pacers

Indiana Pacers legend Reggie Miller is still ever-present on the basketball landscape. Miller, who was inducted into the Basketball Hall-of-Fame earlier this week, is still an avid basketball fan, and is currently a broadcaster for TNT. And one day soon, the five-time All-Star could be back with the Pacers, except this time in a front-office role. Via RealGM.com: “Reggie Miller is currently a broadcaster, but would consider a front office role. ‘I never close any doors,’ Miller said when asked about returning to the Indiana Pacers. ‘I listen to everything. (Owner) Herb Simon and I have had this conversation before. So yes, if something presented itself, I would definitely look at it and go from there.’ The Pacers have been run by either Donnie Walsh or Larry Bird for each of the past 30 seasons. ‘I’m always interested,’ Simon said. ‘Reggie would be a wonderful person to have in this franchise.’ Miller lives in Malibu.”
