When Goran Dragic was a rookie during the 2008-09 season, Shaquille O’Neal took it upon himself to haze the newcomer.
Shaq made the 21-year-old Phoenix Suns guard inexplicably carry around a piano keyboard everywhere the team went.
Dragic reports that he never heard the big fella play a single key.
Per the Palm Beach Post:
“I always had to carry his piano keyboard,” Dragic said.
“Is that the word, keyboard? I always had to carry that for him on the road. I didn’t know why he needed it. A couple of times his room was next to mine and I never heard him playing that thing. He was messing with me.”
