Sixers Coach Brett Brown Wonders if They Will Win Another Game This Season

by March 03, 2014

The Philadelphia Sixers are 15-45, and have lost 14 straight. Many, including head coach Brett Brown, aren’t so sure they’ll see the Sixers win another game this season. Per the Philly Inquirer:

Following Saturday’s 122-103 loss to the Washington Wizards, Brown didn’t give the politically correct answer when asked if he wonders if the Sixers will win another game this season.

“All the time, I tell them that,” Brown said. “This is the truth.”

“If we don’t play better transition defense and don’t share the ball, then we have some problems, that is a fact,” Brown said. “Because I think there is wins in that locker room if we get back in transition and we just have a chance to guard and we play together.”

“You play together, you move the ball, you co-exist,” he said.

While they are losing games, point guard Michael Carter-Williams insists that the confidence isn’t waning.

“All of us believe every time we go on the floor we are going to win a game,” he said. “We never go on the court thinking we are going to lose.”
